A friendly and helpful salesman
Max was really friendly and helpful. Always at the end of a telephone. Even met us from our car and was very patient showing us all the workings of our new car. Also, he delivered the car to our house and made sure we were happy with everything, but was still happy to assist afterwards, should we need anything.

But after speaking with Max, everything changed. He took the time to walk me through the entire process step by step, explaining each part with clarity and patience.

Brilliant from start to finish…
Max was brilliant from start to finish for the purchase of our new car. He was really helpful at answering all of our questions, being flexible around our schedule and even took the car to Nissan for us to check concerns we had we the car. Really great service and would definitely recommend!

Very impressive customer service
We have recently bought a vehicle from velocityautohaus, and we cannot express how impressed we where with the profesionalism and care we where offered in the process of purchasing the vehicle . The sale team went above and beyond to make sure we received a vehicle that was properly cared for, clean and in an amazing condition, they have even replaced some parts to an authorised dealer , helped up with all the paper work and even send someone at our place to refurbish a wheel. We are deeply impressed and we thank them for the profesionalism and the care that we where provided.
