Quick, Thorough and Highly Professional Service
At the first consultation the surgeon explained the whole process very clearly and what the procedure involved. He did a thorough Ultrasound scan which showed the problem veins on a screen. The two treatments on both legs were relatively painless, just a bit of discomfort during the healing process but did not need to take painkillers. Would highly recommend the vein centre if you don’t want to wait months for the NHS! A quick and thorough process carried out by excellent professionals!

New found confidence

Walk in walk out in a hour no discomfort at all
Results after a few months was amazing and got to wear shorts for the first time in about 8 yrs
Would recommend highly if your thinking of having it done go for it

Was given a very warm welcome on arrival from the receptionist with the offer of a coffee. The whole appointment was done efficiently and courteously. Looking forward to my recommended treatment now.

A very positive experience.
From making my first phone call to the vein centre, to having my final vein procedure, my experience has been a totally positive one. Everything was explained thoroughly to me and I was made to feel at ease, at each of my 3 appointments.

Everything happened on time
Everything happened on time. The staff were polite, competent, and friendly. I had previously had a vein stripped from my other leg on the NHS and compared to that this was a stroll in the park. I experienced minor discomfort for the first week after the op and by the second week there was nothing, completely normal.

Leg varicose veins 59 year old
Immediately made welcome on arrival by the reception staff. Mike the Consultant and Nurse Elizabeth were absolutely fantastic, talking me through every step of the procedure and just making me so comfortable throughout. Personally for me my results have been better than I ever could have wished for. No cramping in my calfs, No aching after walks for the first time in years. The improvement in the appearance of my lower legs is also better than I ever expected. Thank you Norwich vein centre team. Brilliant.

Friendly and helpful staff
Friendly and helpful staff. Dr Wissam Al Jundi was very honest with me about my problem leg! He was kind, thoughtful and extremely profficient. It was 130 mile round trip every visit,between Oct'25 and March '26 but worth it. Elizabeth his amusing Irish nurse was so clever at taking your mind off the injections. BRILLIANT TEAM.

…not happy
I still have nasty bruising on my left leg and at the back of my knee on the same leg is very tender to touch and also around that part of my leg is a numb feeling like constant pins and needles 😥

Extremely positive experience
I had my treatment today at the vein centre, and the entire team was absolutely incredible—from receptionist to the nurse and the surgeon. I was very nervous going in, but they made me feel completely at ease. There was barely any pain, and the whole experience was far more pleasant than I expected. I’m truly happy I chose the vein centre and couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received.
