I had a good experience
I had a good experience, made to feel at ease, I felt that they could help the appearance of my veins and they did explain what would happen afterwards. My appointment was fairly quick and I would have liked a bit more detail. I am sure I will ask for the procedure as I have 6 months to decide. I have paid for my consultation and so I a relatively sure I will go for the procedure however I will wait until early next year, when I do not have to have my legs on show.

Fantastic care and compassion
From the moment of my first phone call, I felt incredibly well looked after. Every member of staff I have dealt with has been approachable, caring and reassuring throughout my whole journey.
Dr Deepak was brilliant at explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood what to expect, and Liz was so kind and caring throughout my procedure. I felt completely at ease and in very safe hands. My main laser treatment was successful and it was amazing to spend the summer without pain and achy legs and to wear shorts without worry!
Unfortunately, things didn’t go completely to plan after my follow up thread vein treatment, as I experienced a very rare and unexpected reaction following my treatment. However, I honestly couldn’t fault the way this was handled. I was given so much extra care, reassurance and support, with the team checking in with me daily until I could attend an additional appointment. Everything was handled so delicately and compassionately, and I am incredibly grateful to everyone who took such good care of me. I have every confidence that I will be in good hands throughout my recovery.
Sometimes it is when things don’t quite go to plan that you really see the level of care a company provides, and I couldn’t have asked for more.
I would highly recommend them for their care, kindness, attentiveness and compassion throughout. Absolutely faultless

A very pleasant clinic
As soon as I walked in I could tell the centre was professionally run.The receptionist was lovely and made me coffee.My consultant and nurse made me feel very comfortable. Everything was explained clearly. I did not feel pressured to have the treatment, yet I booked my next appointment as it sounds very suitable for me.

Disappointing
On 22nd May I left a review outlining my disappointment that 6 months post treatment I still had a lot of visible veins
The reply said “one of our team will be in touch”
Here we are on the 3rd August No one has been in touch.

Disappointed
The treatment didn't work for me at all, I am so disappointed. I had treatment for spider veins on my legs at Veincentre Gloucester. The veins came up even worse and they have calmed down a little bit over the last year but I still can't wear anything that isn't a long dress or trousers. They were all very nice and professional but I am scared to go back for any more treatments due to the possibility of making it look even worse yet again. I was surprised no one called me after to check in or arrange another appointment but then maybe, that was no bad thing...

Can’t recommend highly enough
Really friendly, really efficient and the results are amazing! I would recommend to anybody who is thinking of getting their veins sorted. It’s so simple, no waiting times and costs are reasonable.

The staff put you at ease at once.
Very friendly staff. As soon as we walked in the door we were offered refreshments. The receptionist was very chatty and easy to talk to. I went in for initial consultation 30 minutes early. The nurse was very helpful and explained what they wanted from me and the consultant was polite and explained very well what he was going to do. They went out of their way to put me at ease.
