Staff was welcoming & helpful
Staff was welcoming & helpful , Consultation very informative. Although there is parking it is a very busy area so you have to wait for a space . The clinic is on the second floor via stairs not sure if there is a lift , I would check this if you have any mobility problems

My experience at the Vein Centre Cardiff.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist explained things carefully to me.
The Consultant Jonathan and Nurse Matthew were respectful and took time to listen to me.
They gave their honest appraisal of my situation.
The follow up report was sent promptly to me.
The parking is difficult and there was no facility for a downstairs consultation.

I was very happy with my initial consultation. The staff at the vein clinic were very welcoming, from Caroline on reception to the consultant, Mr David Lewis and his assistant Mathew. They created a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Mr Lewis was there to welcome me in reception before handing me over to Caroline the receptionist. The actual consultation was very informative and reassuring. I made my appointment to go ahead with the procedure following my consultation.

From the point of booking enquiry to consultation, the whole experience was exceptional. My initial enquiries were handled by the first call with care and professionalism. The appointments were swift and organised, communication was excellent . The clinic in Cardiff was welcoming and all staff members ensured I was taken care of and eased my nervousness. The consultation with mr Nicholls was excellent, very informative and explained my diagnosis and treatment plan . I felt fully informed and involved. My decision to proceed to treatment was made and I am going for my treatment within the week. I feel much more assured and confident with the decision to have treatment and I have been given the opportunity to ask questions regarding outcomes and expectations and feel fully informed for my journey. Thank you all .

Glad I Did it
Wonderful staff. Very professional. Doctor and nurse made me feel reassured at the first appointment and explained the procedure and what to expect afterwards.
I am very happy with the outcome and it was definitely worthwhile. My nasty large vein which ached when I stood for too long or exercised is now gone and while I didn't have this done primarily for cosmetic reasons, cannot believe how good my leg looks.
Clinic was immaculate and also note to the Receptionist who was so friendly and helpful and calmed my nerves in the waiting room.

Total satisfaction with the Cardiff Veincentre.
My overall experience with the Veincentre-Cardiff was exceptiona. I’m extremely pleased with the results. From the initial consultation to the main procedure and then the follow up appointment, everything was done with total professionalism and efficiency. The staff were superb with a special mention to Dr. Devan Thavarajan who did the procedure and was patient, kind and very reassuring throughout what was a totally painless operation. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Cardiff Veincentre.
