I placed an order 11 days ago and have not received the product. I received an email stating it shipped but it has stayed in pre-shipment status since then and I cannot get a response from the company. I have emailed them several times, sent a facebook message and instagram message and no response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can't even cancel my order since they are so bad.

I usually purchase my Veil products through a British online store and receive it in Perth Australia, in about 10 working days. However, as that company is no longer able to sell Veil, I went straight to the source. Unfortunately, they did not have the concealer I desperately needed in stock but I placed the rest of my order and waited eagerly for the products to arrive. That was over a month ago. According to tracking information, my products have received a shipping label but have yet to leave the country. I have contacted customer service who got back to me over a week later saying some of their emails were going to spam but assured me my package would arrive in priority post. That was weeks ago. So I’m out of product and out of pocket. I should have tried the alternative product offered by my original seller at a discount price. Beyond disappointed.

I have been waiting (im)patiently for Veil Concealer to be available in shade 2N. I actually got an email telling me it was NOW available!!! I know of NO company that actually follows up on requests like that! When I placed my order, I saw that shade 1P was on my receipt. I immediately contacted Customer Service and received a VERY prompt email saying that the shade 2N was ordered and they would check into why my receipt said 1P!
I really appreciate prompt and courteous customer service...who doesn't?

I want to cancel this subscription. I no longer want to use this product. It stated in the subscription that I could cancel at anytime. This is false advertising. I will be contacting my credit card because this is fraud. I will also let people know about your fraudulent practices.

I’ve still not received my order. I have received a free gift with no concealer that I actually ordered. Have contacted customer service and heard nothing. Super disappointing service.

I ordered two products totaling $84 and after initial order I never heard anything on my order or delivery for two weeks. I attempted to call your customer service line BUT THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER WHICH IS RIDICULOUS SO I HAD TO EMAIL INSTEAD. 2 days later I got a response about some bs regarding a new shipment plant or something and order would be shipped out soon. But it wasn’t until a week later then when I got it it only had one of the two items in the package that I had already paid for! So I had to email AGAIN AND GET ANOTHER RIDICULOUS EXCUSE AS I ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR YET ANOTHER MISTAKE ON VEIL’s part. I will not order from you again. Terrible customer service and process you have!

Hasn’t arrived which means this is yet another company I’ll have to spend tim chasing and complaining to. Also didn’t respond to my contact from question on the website.

Waited months for a foundation and they sent me a concealer that doesn’t work

I cannot live without this product! It glides on so smoothly and doesn't cake and blends perfectly with my olive skin colour (medium N3), it stays put throughout the day.
I have used this product going on 8 years now. I now live in Germany and have always had this shipped from a company in England but they no longer stock this so have had to go direct to the company. Now I just have to order a bit earlier because it takes longer to ship from the USA and I have to pay import duty but it's well worth it. I have tried a number of other brands to try and keep costs down but have found nothing on paar with this.

Would have been 5* only my package never moved for nearly a week and then messsged them, once I did they sorted it out and my parcel arrived within a couple of days.
I do love this product and at the moment it’s not available in the U.K anymore, do shipping is quite expensive.

I use the Veil Sunset foundation and usually purchase from an online store in the UK (I live in Australia). I absolutely love this foundation. Unfortunately it was unavailable from my usual store, so I searched the company. I placed an order then was advised issue with international shipping. They promptly refunded me. A few weeks later my original order arrived at no cost. I was so surprised! I sent a heartfelt thank you to the Veil team. Can’t get better service than that! I think I might keep ordering directly now. Many thanks team.

Product came very quickly. Customer service exceptional. Product very silky and design of palettes very attractive. Like the versatility of colors for lips/cheeks. And I love that their products are vegan, cruelty free!

I love the concealer. It does a great job of helping with my dark circles. It's always in my bag. It arrives every other month with my subscription. It's a bit pricey but well worth it.

Terrible service. Nobody you can speak to. They don’t reply to emails and the customer service number goes straight to voice mail. They respond to the message left on the voicemail by email but will not respond to a direct email. Ordered and days later never received an email with the tracking info. No reply to my messages initially. Then when I left a voice mail saying if I didn’t hear back by Monday I’d dispute the charge with my CC - they sent an email saying they had refunded my money. So basically they can’t be bothered to address the problem or speak to you in person. Never received the product obviously and will never order from them again

Terrible customer service on trying to return a product. Product itself is very drying and cakey. Not a natural look at all. Would not recommend company or product.

Fraud Company??

As another danish customer, who has given a bad trust pilot rating - I will do the same.

I live in DK - and have not received my package. I got an email saying that the package had been delivered somewhere in USA...
I have written to Veil Cosmetic twice, on different email adresses, but get no answer/bounce back - saying that email do not exist. I have written on their Facebook messenger and got an (auto)response: sorry for the delay - and that they will forward my complaint to customer service.
At this point I am very sceptical and I have claimed my money back now!

Waste of time. Do not buy here.
