Not feeling hopeful about this site anymore.
I originally joined after being invited by a content creator who’s a friend of mine, but I chose not to use their referral code and instead signed up just for fun. I’ve made multiple deposits, completed verification quickly, and successfully withdrew two smaller amounts — one for $2,000 (processed in under an hour) and another for $800 (took about 24 hours).
However, I’m now waiting on a third withdrawal of $3,000, and things have suddenly changed. My account has apparently been flagged under different due diligence categories (SDD, CDD, EDD), though they won’t disclose what triggered this.
Since then, I’ve been asked to:
Re-submit proof of address (which was initially approved twice, then later declined without explanation)
Provide proof of payment after the fact
The timing of these issues feels very suspicious, especially considering my earlier withdrawals went through without problems. It seems like everything was fine until I requested a larger payout.
Customer support has been extremely disappointing — live chat is unhelpful, and email responses are slow and vague. Overall, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the platform. Right now, it feels like they’re making it unnecessarily difficult to process legitimate withdrawals.
Very frustrating experience and happy to share this large and wide as I play multiple reputable trustworthy sites that dont ask for verification 3x in 1 week. Vegastars is questionable, Lacks professionalism and zero support.

Got fully verified got a withdrawal of 1.5k no problem two days later i have to verify again after i want to withdrawal 3.3k did a different withdrawal of $400 and got paid that but not the 3.3k cause the $400 was under the threshold or some lie there delay tactics are horrible DONT RECOMMEND IF YOU WIN BIG just canceled the withdrawal and wasted it after seeing reviews i wont be back
