Great experience shopping with Veena’s. Fresh veg and fruits delivered to my door, without much hassle. Love the Asian mangoes. It’s the best place if you love Indian or Pakistani mangoes.

I had a good online shopping experience with Veenas. Good customer support and on-time delivery. All essential and seasonal Indian grocery items are available under one roof.

Extremely low quality items and terrible online delivery. They delivered to the completely wrong zip code, and we had to drive all the way there to pick it up. Due to the delays, the frozen items had gotten spoilt, but veenas refused to refund the money. And every couple of times, their customer service lie to you saying they are processing refund. Overall terrible customer service.

If we have to go pick up the order at random addresses, would rather go to a store (which has the advantage of being at a fixed location) and buy items.

Worst experience.I recently ordered £121 worth items vegi and frozen items and groceries. One day delay delivery they said refund it for the frozen items.when they sent some groceries not available they said refund for that. Nearly one week I haven’t received my refund money yet. Very worst. I will never order from them again.

Groceries were delivered in good condition. Also was delivered in 2 days after I had ordered.

They literally try to ignore you in case of any issues. Their website says 24/7 customer care service but it's only 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. For marketing reasons, they have a client-facing person who replies to you with information that you can already get from their website.

If there are any issues, you will constantly hear "Sorry for the inconvenience, we will get back to you" despite how much you try :p They just don't care. They believe that you will eventually give up which is sadly true in most of the cases. Since we pay online, it puts them in a safe position and they play as they like.

You can see here, they have copy pasted the same response to every negative review. Who knows, they might do the same for my review as well :)

In my opinion, they are a bit costlier compared to other similar Asian groceries but their customer service marketing helps them to stay in the competition (safety illusion). So yeah, the products are good, but be on your toes until you get your delivery or you might be up for a depressing week or two :p

I recently placed an order for ten items, but five of them had to be replaced due to a discrepancy between what was advertised on the website and what was actually available in-store. I had also ordered certain products that came with bundle offers, such as 'buy 2 get 3,' but only one was delivered. Despite my multiple attempts to resolve the issue through email, I have yet to receive a proper response or refund. In addition, I have also found that this store's prices are comparably higher than other Asian stores that offer the same delivery service at a more affordable cost. Given the demands of our busy lives, I don't think I have the time or patience to deal with all these issues. Never again, there are a lot many other asian shops available, I will order from them.

The products are exactly as determined and really good - the fresh ingredients are top quality. Delivery was on time and well-packaged.

This is so far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They delivered to the wrong address and did absolutely nothing about it. I had to go searching for my parcel and drag the heavy box home. I found that few items were missing and reported it by email and Live chat but I haven't received any refund yet. I will never order from them again.

they changed the courier to dpd and it was rubbish company. courier they randomly left message that i chose to deliver at front porch. knowing perishable item and frozen items coming in the delivery and why should i leave a message like that. I was all day at home and they delayed three hours . all frozen fish thawed veenas didn't bother or apologised for the delay. in the past all deliveries were reliable so i went for big order but that will be my last order .poor customer service.
