Veena’s. The delivery was prompt and perfect, the packaging was very neat and I am really impressed about the price, variety, quality and packaging.

Customer support is awesome , I encountered a payment issue and pinged them in instagram, they gave instant response and suggested solutions. The app is really good too, very user friendly.

Received 3 products that had expired and had to go back and forth to get a refund. Happened 2 years ago as well and hadn't ordered anything from them for a long tine. It is a good venture with wide variety of items but I am sincerely worried seeing products expired 2 years ago being sent out to customers.

Usually use another online retailer for cooking ingredients however this store has a great range however you can only pay by creating a paypal account rather than just being able to use your credit/debit card to purchase so after having spent some time filling my basket had to cancel the transaction, as I won't be opening a paypal account so won't be able to purchase - real shame such an inflexible payment process.

Just recently ordered some items from veenas. In fact this is my second time. Received items in best condition and within promised time. The Items were well packaged. The collection of Indian groceries is also good. Overall happy experience.

I never received my order. I waited for nearly two weeks before receiving a refund. Communication is awful. Very annoyed as, had I known they were unable to supply from the offset, I could have ordered elsewhere instead of wasting time waiting. I won’t be using them again

I ordered 3 jars of palm oil and paid for all of them. The delivery arrived a day late, even though I had carefully chosen a day well in advance. To be fair, this was probably a problem with DHL, the delivery company. But what is most annoying is, that I only received 2 jars instead of the 3 that I paid for!! And now they seem to have taken the product off the website. I'm quite annoyed! I have given 2 stars because at least the 2 jars that did arrive were okay.

Got all groceries in good condition. Even the frozen ones like grated and coconut chunks were packed really well and worth ordering from this place. Will definitely make more orders from this store for Indian groceries.

One of my favourite places to buy Indian groceries. Home delivered fresh Indian spices, veggies, fruits, sweets, savoury. Veenas is very precise and accurate with my orders. Any discrepancies and customer care people sort it out within couple of days. Defo recommend to try.
