Do not request or accept money from Veem.com. I was supposed to receive my payment on June 15th, and it has still not arrived.
There are significant delays in payment: funds are not arriving on time and are taking days longer than expected. Additionally, I am facing ongoing problems with Veem's customer service. I have encountered delayed responses and a lack of resolution to my issues, and they continue to request excessive information that is already available in their system. This is unacceptable.

"Initially, I had several issues with the service—my payments were often delayed and sometimes took 4 or 5 days to appear in my account after the expected date. However, on a few occasions, they did credit my account to make up for the delay, which I appreciated. Since then, the service has improved significantly. I definitely prefer it over PayPal, and I would recommend it to others."

They will forcely took Money out of your account and no trackers of proof that chargeback happened
This was their email response , They have no Proof where the chargeback money went and sender showed me bank statement they haven't received it So Veem employees are openly active in fraudulent activities

However since it was a charge back we don't refund the customer directly. So the trackers will not show any return beyond our account. When a chargeback happens the money is pulled from our bank accounts directly and the initiator is refunded directly by the bank.
This means the funds that were put on recall were ours at veem as the sender got their money back``

It's always a pleasure to talk to a rep from VEEM. They are always prompt and will make sure all is taken care of. The automated system is a bit annoying, but the reps all have the credit. Matthew M. is a wonderful and great support. I hope you guys give him a pat at the back or some credits for a job well done.

Been using Veem since 2018 Through the years. Any time I have had a question there has been good customer support. Everything is user friendly and clear.

Aftere a string of mishaps over the last several transactions, I could not even log into either of my 2 accounts. At the height of frustration, I took one more shot with yet another support ticket and got Matt. I'm sure that he sensed my frustration, and he wa calm, empathetic, but most importantly focused on the solution. After a long string of potential sultions, he got me to the end of th ejourney with a solution that worked. Not out-of-the-box work... focus on the problem and the right solution, he was a total professional and kept his cool.
I have been in the software development business for over 40 years, having done every job from support to CEO and all points in between. I am currently the Director of Customer Success for a 4 year old start-up that just turned the corner. This issue would have been my last with VEEM if it had not been solved. If Matt was here with me now, I would buy him a drink... or a bottle of champagne. Awesome job!!! So much better than an AI BOT!!! ;)
