Good experience overall would def recommend!

The past months that I have been having the same issue of "pending investigation" due to wrong bank account from your end when it's clear from my end(i have sent a screenshot) that my default account has been changed since. Of all customer success specialists I spoke with via email, it's only Bon who has the initiative to make sure that my account is now changed from your end so I won't have this problem again in the next succeeding months.

Out of frustration, I almost asked my boss to switch to another payment platform but I was pacified when Bon urgently fixed the issue.

I am writing this to warn anyone considering using Veem for business or personal payments: Do not trust them with your livelihood. Due to a 'technical error' on their end, my funds were withheld for days. Their dashboard fraudulently claimed the funds were 'Deposited,' while my bank confirmed no payment was ever even attempted.

Because Veem failed to release my money, I was unable to afford transportation to my workplace and have lost my employment as a result.

When I reached out for help, I was met with generic scripts and eventually total silence. They refused to provide a Federal Reference Number or escalate my case to a manager. They are holding my money hostage while providing zero transparency. If you value your financial security and your professional reputation, stay as far away from this platform as possible. I am currently filing a formal complaint with the CFPB.

You wouldnt know exactly as to when they plan to release the funds. Very unreliable. Especially in times when you needed your funds. Hate the delays

I had a Issue due to Holy week on not getting my transfer on time. I got deposited on the 1st, but didn't get my monet till the 9th, and that was due to pressure from the person that sent the money. Apart from this issue everything is fine. The good thing is that everything got solved.

Bon was a great help today. He or she took my request and helped me fix my problems with great professionalism and great customer service. 5 out of 5 for Bon.

First experience it was deposited to a virtual card I didn't want where there is no way to cash it to your bank from not even an option so then I have to send an email to support to get moved to my wallet just so I could get to my bank. Second experience is worse I go to cash out to my account and now it's telling me my payment is under investigation... So far this service is trash and I would not recommend it to anyone as of right now.
