Never received the tree bookshelf I ordered. Just like all the reviews state. Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived. No response to my emails. No telephone number to call. Now you can't even input a number into their tracking page. Well played scammers, well played, but you won't get me again! Save your $ and don't order anything from veedeoo.com

This Company and many others, such as Silviicia.com, which are all part of the same scam team, are using Pinterest pins to promote their products. However, none of them actually ship any products and instead take your money, providing a fake tracking number. Please dispute your payments and report them as much as you can.

Absolute shit show of a company. There's no way that an item is more than 80% cheaper than ANY other online retailer. Judging by the past reviews, I can see I was correct in the assumption that they are a SCAM company. They will take any little bit you're willing to give them, with no intent of fulfilling the order, at all.

Delivery today (4th November 2025)of 2 no Smart mini HD IP cameras. Very poor quality with no instructions and no SIM card. In trying to contact the website in China - videooo.com, under their high profile Return Policy page displays some email addresses, but they are entirely “dead” and you will receive a decline message from their server.Only a What’s App message can be left (possibly). If you want to make a return, there is a Third Party Service in Hounslow quoted on packaging or an address in China. Again no email address and no tel no. Conclusion - in the event of a return or refund, you will NOT be able to make any contact, which will leave you totally frustrated. This Chinese Co., are running scamming operations throughout the world and stealing customers money. They do not want you to contact them following a purchase.
Do NOT buy from them. Purchase the same products instead on Amazon who will respect and deal with any issues you have. At least Amazon operate a respectful and efficient returns policy.

I ordered a flower wall for my daughter's engagement which never arrived, despite the company insisting that the order was delivered and signed for... they also told me to check with neighbours and the post office. They refused to provide any evidence of delivery, despite my repeated requests.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... I hope this review saves someone else from making the same mistake that I made!

This is a scam run by rogues and should not be allowed to trade.I ordered a video camera two weeks ago and money was taken from my account but the goods have not arrived.

They are scammers. They provided me with a fake cross-border tracking number, which of course never showed any delivery to my country. They keep insisting that the parcel was signed for, but despite my repeated requests, they have never provided a copy of the signed delivery receipt.
Do not order from them — they are not trustworthy.

I ordered a flower wall for an event and never received it. They told me to check with a neighbor or the post office which was ODD. Then when I asked for a refund they said they might be willing to refund part of it if I can provide proof of loss. What?! They say on their website that they are available via phone, chat or email but they only provide an email and they take forever to get back to you. Their answers to my claim are SUPER SKETCHY and they have NO customer reviews on their website. This is a scam do not order from here! I’m reporting them to the BBB!

I have never received my order!! in the tracking it says delivered, when I contacted them they said it showed delivered, check with your neigbors maybe to your order might have been stolen!!!!! I never received it and after emailing many times, never received a response! I tried signing into the account and it says your email is not recognized. So mad

My sister ordered a flower wall and paid for expedited delivery…it was NEVER delivered and they are denying a refund because (wait for it) she has to return the item for a refund! How can you return what you didn’t receive? Anyway, she’s getting her money through a bank dispute…lesson learned ~ read the reviews FIRST! Do *not* purchase anything from this company

this is a ZERO star.....Order was not delivered. I had the order sent to my house but they told me to check with the post office - which I did and the postoffice worker looked at me funny - not funny. They won't replace the order or offer a refund. If it's too good to be true, it always is!
