Very bad experience, after one and half month later when I didn’t receive my package, I emailed customer service, but no solution, no refund policy, Only emails are exchanging with each other. Its not even deserve one star
Their service is able to get negative credibility.
Not to recommend any one.

Vous avez un numéro de suivi qui ne fonctionne pas, qui est complètement bidon
Mon colis a été noté livré à 3h du matin, ce qui est déjà suspect…
Et personne n’est capable de me donner un bon numéro de suivi et à part me dire que le colis est arrivé, c’est tout !
Ils m’ont donné le nom de FedEx pour le transporteur français après de nombreux mails envoyés de ma part, bien évidemment, FedEx n’a aucune trace d’un quelconque colis pour moi.
J’ai donc perdu 45 €
À éviter !!

Ordered weeks ago, items should be shipped and recently delivered at my house. Nothing! No reaction from website after emailing. Don’t order here!

They claim the package was delivered, but it never arrived. Went back and forth with their customer service (they did answer fairly quickly). Their first tracking number stayed at “announced” (so the package wasn’t delivered to the shipping company yet), then they send me another number which was unknown for the service it was meant to be from. I had to give them a statement from my local post office that the package was lost, but since the tracking number doesn’t work I have no idea of knowing which local service should have taken it. I called bullshit and I’m keeping them busy, just to see how persistent they are. I expect them to stop responding any time now.
I asked for assistance from my credit card company and they let me know I wasn’t the first complaining about this company. So AVOID at all cost!

Compre una planta grande. Dicen que la ha entregado y ni yo ni nadie ha recibido nada. Después de 1 mes intentando me diga qué empresa de transporte usan y un número de seguimiento me dicen que trabajan con FedEx. Llamo a la empresa y facilito el número que me dan y me dicen que NO TIENEN NI HAN TENIDO ningún envío con ese número . Que es falso.
Les escribo a podunksbar más mails para que me devuelvan el dinero o para que me entregue la mercancía y siguen sin darme una solución. NO SÉ LES OCURRA COMPRAR NADA. Yo desde luego ya voy a interponer en una querella en el juzgado y denuncia en l Policía por robo y estafa. ES UNA EMPRESA ESTAFADORA,

I ordered one of their tree bookshelves. It’s been 2 months and I have nothing. I have emailed them multiple times and they won’t respond. They sent me an order confirmation and order number but when I click to track it only says “in shipping”. They definitely took the money out of my account but never send the item.
BIG RIPOFF!! Do buy anything from this site.

I ordered a week ago and have not heard a word about when my order would be shipped. Today I emailed asking when shipment would take place. No reply. Now I am looking at reviews and every reviewer indicates this company is a scam. Has anyone had a good experience with this company, or has everyone been fleeced?

The scam is that they bought an aged and trusted domain, used credible looking videos and ads, and keep the price low enough that most people will just move on once they figure out they’ve been scammed. If it looks too good to be true, it usually is.

Não recebemos o artigo. Enviamos e-mails, e os mesmos são respondidos... mas não devolvem o valor... querem devolver 10%...

On m'a dit que mon colis était parti mais c'est faux. Sur le site le délai de livraison ne fonctionne pas et même lorsqu'on vous donne un numéro de suivi vous ne pouvez pas y accéder. Il faut arrêter ces personnes qui arnaquent les autres

arnaque ! à fuir ! casse noisettes commandés pour Noël début novembre et jamais arrivés aucun suivi aucun retour du sois disant service client

Site absolument frauduleux! Ne tombez pas dans le panneau, après confirmation d'envoi vous ne voyez aucune mise à jour concernant la livraison sur le site et vous ne recevrez jamais le produit acheté. Alors que vous faites appel au service client par courriel pour demande de mise à jour de livraison ou remboursement vous ne recevrez jamais de réponse malgré les relances, que ce soit en français ou en anglais. A fuir absolument!!!...cela m'a coûté cinquante euros, ne faîtes pas la même erreur.

Creo que he sido víctima de este engaño de pagina al leer vuestros comentarios…hace unos días hice un pedido en esta página y creo que soy otra víctima más.

I've realized that I am also a victim of this scam after reading the reviews. I have also been waiting for eight to twelve weeks. The tracking information doesn't change, and it keeps stating that it has been shipped. It doesn't change at all. In twelve weeks, it hasn't moved at all. It's the same information, and according to my bank statement, this company is from Singapore rather than the United States, so once more, one must exercise caution when using Etsy, Pinterest, or any other third-party websites. Their businesses won't always be legitimate.

6 weeks and my item has not arrived. Don't bother with this site, it has to be a scam. No replies to my emails. All it says on my order that it has been shipped,shipped my arse.

The only thing amazing about this company is they continue to send communication ie “customer service “ about how they shipped and my order was delivered! (Which it was not). They have some weird tracking number (USPS nor FedEx recognizes)…offered a 10%refund! Do NOT order from this company even tho the prices look good!

Highly likely a scam website :/
- No delivery of goods (I have a ring camera so can show definitely not delivered)
- supposed 'customer service' a huge time waste as they're very slow to reply and just offer various standard answers (ordered 24 Sept and still waiting on refund!)
- they offered to resend the goods if I could prove non-delivery which is impossible as they ignored the ring camera evidence
- they said it was definitely delivered but couldn't provide any proof of delivery or courier details
- they offered 10% refund which I managed to get increased to 30%...and they're saying they've processed this but it's not showing in my account weeks after it was supposedly processed and I can't get remittance advice
