Terrible, do not use them and their other company VDLPOWER, EsePower are same company they do not reply to emails there is no customer service, and they do not fulfill terms and conditions of their warranty, they pass the buck onto amazon, their items are discontinued, faulty and cannot be repaired , please be warned against using them

Faulty, not charging anymore and flashing battery display percent. Not happy with this, pay a lot and use few times with low appliances. Very disappointed.

I purchased this bike from the seller on amazon November 2024. I had issues by December 2024, and 4 issues since then, this company has no contact number for support, they ignore emails and they have emailed me advising me that they assembled the bike incorrectly which my son was injured on. I have asking for a resolve especially being I have a two year warranty but they are rude with Reponses if they response. I need to look into suing at this point.

At first glance, it looks fantastic, but it is not. The plug has a 13A fuse and is labeled as 13A, yet the charger can be set to operate at 16A, which is not safe. It nearly burned my house down!

i have a HS2400, after 6 months it stopped charging, and the 3 pin sockets do not work. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, i have sent emails, FBmessenger and comments on thier facebook page..NO RESPONSE

I got this unit back in jan,2024
Unit brand new , never been used yet, just recharged ones i june.
So i try recharge again in Sept. and unit not responsive , i even cannot turn this think On.(Warranty on this unit 36 month)
So i try to contact customer service multiple times , and i got no response from company.
Worst customer service ,,,actually no service at all.

j'ai acheté mon VDL HS1500 en juin 2024 pour partir en vacance en van. la batterie se mets en defaut et ne fonctionne plus du tout lorsqu'elle approche les 50% de charge. le service cliét contacté a plusieur reprise par mail ou via le site internet ne reponds pas. c'est une honte. je deconseille fortement cette societe qui ne respecte pas ses clients.

I ordered the an HS2000 unit and then looked at these reviews, so was quite sceptical. After paying I didn't receive the email confirmation so emailed and phoned a few times, then received an email saying product was with delivery company. The delivery company was excellent as very good communications and delivered in a 30 min window, phoning beforehand. The unit is as described and was charged to 30% on delivery as stated. I have now fully charged it and everything looks good. It came with a warranty card, which I am now completing. The company just needs to improve their communications and respond promptly to emails. So far, so good.

Brand new out of the box. Unit does not work at all. Will not charge and is obviously faulty. No warranty card provided. No information on where to return it. No way to contact except by email. Very, very sketchy and I suspect it is a scam. Called company number and got someone who said he was on vacation in China. Told me to email and they would respond. So far they have not.

NO ATIENDEN LA GARANTIA.

El producto se pidió en España, llego rápido y bien empaquetado. La estación tiene una construcción robusta, pero la batería llegó a 0% y no cargaba.
Después de algunos mensajes nos dicen que la tengamos 24h conectada en carga máxima. Por suerte cargó, pero después de unos días de uso se inicia un fallo intermitente que pasa la carga de 100% a 0%.
Volvemos a intentar comunicar con el correo anterior, que si el año chino, que si envía un vídeo, que si envía otro... y ya está nunca más respondieron..

Por suerte en Madrid encontramos a PLP Batteries donde solucionaron los problemas y nos dejaron el producto totalmente funcional.

Vendedor no atiende la garantía.

I brought the dvl 2000 last winter from Amazon it kept switching off at around 40percent they wanted video proof
I left it in the end as to much messing not great on technology
Then recently two usb ports stopped working and they tried saying I’d overloaded it
Only charge I phone
Offered me £30 refund
I told them I’d get consumer rights involved
Now saying will repair after sales have accepted it and can take 15 days I rely on it as live in rv
So think I’ll be taking this further

Compramos una bateria VDLPower en verano 2023. El pedido se recibió bien. Tb el servicio de soporte atendió correctamente alguna duda tras la recepción.
6 meses después la unidad falló. No carga bien y tampoco entrega bien la carga disponible.
Hemos escrito varios emails a su cuenta de contacto y enviado videos con las pruebas del fallo. El primer contacto tardaron 15 dias en responder, tras reclamar alguna noticia por 2 veces. Se disculpaban por tardar como consecuencia de la festividad del Nuevo Año Chino y prometían una solución a la mayor brevedad. 1 semana después volvimos a solicitar alguna novedad. Recibimos una respuesta acelerada con un estracto del Manual de Usuario señalando las temepraturas de uso. Absurdo dado que estamos en el sur de Europa (esas temperaturas extremas no se alcanzan) y además los videos están grabados en una vivienda, no está en la calle u otra ubicación cuestionable. Respondimos con nuevos detalles, nuevo video y una demanda de atención seria. De esto hace 2 semanas y todavía no tenemos ninguna noticia.
No recomiebdo la compra. Es un producto caro y, según el caso, incluso crítico para la función que se destine. Si no puedes confiar en su fiabilidad y su soporte técnico y garantía no responde, te estás jugando demasiado.

Had no issues whatsoever with my order. Everything goes smooth and delivery came very quick. I did read the review in here and was a bit worried at first but now I know that I'll do more business with them as their power station met my requirements 100%. Thanks

Power station stopped working with in warranty and clearly they do not honour there warranty as everything I've done they just pushed me off to someone else to give me the run around it's been three months of trying to get it replaced under warranty and gotten no where but my time wasted

Terrible company to do business with.
Their website indicates delivery dates before making a purchase. These are not adhered to. There is an email link support@vdlpower. It's a waste of effort emailing them as they do not reply, shipping is not carried out until sometime after the indicated delivery date.
I emailed cancelling the order as the expected delivery had passed and there was no shipping details for the order. There was no response, however 2 days later a shipping number was placed.
I've not received the order to date so cannot comment upon the goods at this stage.
I looked at their terms and conditions and they are not good. The website looks really professional but the links do not exist so you could think it's a scam site.
If I had searched and read the reviews first I would not have made the order.

Terrible customer service a faulty product and they just turn a blind eye do not want to help at all better stay away from this brand these people are not worth dealing with

I was send a faulty unit. Initially, I had some helpful communication with support, who tried to resolve the issue. On failing to do that I was eventually told that if I sent photos to prove the fault, they would arrange for a replacement. I did so over a week ago and have yet to have any response.
My only remaining option is to take this up with my credit card company, unless you care to reply to me here?
Update: well the review strategy worked, and they finally contacted me and offered me a refund as the unit is out of stock until the end of the month. Still less than impressed, but have added 2 stars in acknowledgement of the eventual resolution
