totally agree with all reviews. on the day of receiving these glasses I contacted vault to say they are not fit for purpose, I cannot see at distance or close up. they stated on purchase refund if not satisfied with product. 3 months later and 16 emails later still no refund and being told it is with there technical team. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
The WORST.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Think giving a 1 star review is really too generous.!! Ordered these glasses in April, took an absolute age to arrive and when they did one pair was scratched across the lense. Notified them straight away and they promised to replace. Here we are nearly two weeks into June and still no replacements. I have sent lots of emails and demanded a refund and the replies are always full of excuses about how long the process takes when a refund or replacement is required. The goods are very cheap and nasty, nothing like the advertisement. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing is please stay away. Cheap plastic that arrives damaged. Total waste of money.
Oh dear just found all these reviews, sadly too late as we purchased the multi focus glasses. Really cheap and plastic nothing like what's advertised. Just ordinary cheap plastic reading glasses.Took ages to arrive, found out they're from China 😡not London. Trying for a refund but like others on this page long e mails and excuses and delays. My next mail to them won't be so friendly.Think a call to trading standards next.
Please stay away from these people, you will receive glasses that come from china and they look and feel very cheap.
I asked a refund two months ago and they keep telling me that they are on the case and this week will send me a return form.
It is obvious that the whole things is supposed to look posh just trying to sell products shipped directly from China.
Waiting for replacment glasses which they promised still waiting stay away from this company they are all talk no action
DONT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM THESE!!!Bought the multi focus glasses, arrived and I couldn't see through them at all,very blurry. Hurt my eyes. No way I was wearing them. Asked for refund. Eventually they got back to me and said if I sent prescription they would send another pair. Reluctantly I agreed. Arrived and even though suppose to be prescription,were no better than last pair!!! Am still trying to get my money back 5 months later,they keep making excuses saying it's a complicated process.
