Been trying for over a week to return, the sunglasses just did not perform well for me, another brand I tried was a better choice.
The "no questions" asked return policy apparently means "no answers" when you request shipping instructions to return them within the 30 day window.
I did finally hear back... return is in process
I ordered these new style glasses after I initially bought the originals last year, what can I say- same as the last pair, fantastic... New frames fit amazing, lenses are great like the original, I haven't tested on course yet due to horrible snow but from a fit perspective these are even better than the original because it's more of a wrap around compared to the standard sunglass look.. customer service yet again 2nd to none!! I promise you, you will not be disappointed especially with the customer service, Neil I believe is the owner and he goes above and beyond to help and answered all questions in a super fast manner.. so props for this alone!!! Whichever design you go for I can safely say you will not be disappointed!!!

They are freaking awesome glasses and I love the new pair the fit and just everything about the products down to the people are amazing.
Just got my glasses. Everything came quickly. Dubl shipped out my glasses same day and they arrived promptly even after going through customs. The glasses seem pretty good. They definitely block glare really well and make visibility better. I would say after doing business with this company that they are trustworthy and offer a good product.
