Love the two pieces I bought. Great fit - just as described. I do want to take a second to say why I ordered on line. I was in the Marylebone shop on 18/9 at about noon. Two shop assistants stared at me while I shopped, the one asked if I needed help so aggressively that I walked out. It was my wedding anniversary that day, and I was on my way to meet my husband for lunch, happy to do a little shopping first. Don’t know why I was singled out for poor treatment, but I was upset. So I am glad to be able to say that my online experience was great!

Beautiful soft and well made set. The packaging was luxurious and befitting of the outfit. Absolutely happy that I made the decision to get the full set as I was thinking that I could have found similar outfit for far less expensive. Delivery was quick.

My package was left outside an apartment block. No contact was made to let me know that it had arrived. It was not delivered to the recipient….

Just to update you that I have not received my order, despite the tracking showing it as delivered.

I was not at home at the time and only returned after my hospital shift. I have checked around my property, including the garden, and with my neighbours, but unfortunately the parcel cannot be located.

This was a fairly expensive order and was due to be delivered by next-day delivery. As I have not received it, I would be grateful if you could urgently investigate this with DPD and arrange either for the order to be delivered as promised, for a replacement to be sent, or for a full refund to be issued.

I would appreciate a prompt update on how you intend to resolve this.
