Update: After posting my negative review, another person at the company contacted me and rectified the situation and also apologized. I wish his email had been the first contact after my initial claim. I don't think any customer deserves to receive an email, like I did initially, stating that you're not the kind of customer we want.

I'm a repeat customer with vaporizerusa and purchased a combination deal with the Vapir NO2 Portable Vaporizer. It included extra mouthpieces and extra screens. The day I received the product I noticed the screens were not in the package. Also, the box it came in was pretty roughly handled but I didn't see the box had been compromised. I contacted the company right away. They said they had to review their warehouse footage first to confirm my claim. Days later they reported their footage showed the box being included in the package. Basically inferring I was lying. Seriously? All I wanted was what was advertised, nothing more. I had checked the packing material thoroughly. I will never do business with vaporizerusa again. I'll find a company that values a repeat customer more than a 10 dollar or less pack of screens. Sales 101- A good customer is hard to find, and a repeat customer is golden. vaporizerusa promises lots of items up front but doesn't deliver. Caveat emptor!

Customer service was excellent.

I was able to find exactly what I wanted for a fair price. Delivery was on time and the merchandise was as advertised. It doesn't get any better than that.

I was satisfied with the entire process of buying on this site, but some of the package deals arent really good deals if you think about it. Also shipping is expensive unless you buy over 50 dollars worth and get free shipping.

I spent an evening researching vaporizers and types and then waited for a great sale. Cinco de Mayo sale was fantastic. I got a vaporizer I'd not really looked at before due to price.

Service was excellent. Contacted me and let me know that the order would be delayed a couple of days due to product backorder. Great that they didn't leave me hanging wondering why the order had not arrived. Product came and was in fantastic condition and apparently they tossed in a couple of extra batteries due to the 2 day delay of shipment. Tracking was on time and spot on.
Overall A+++++ experience all around. I will only use vaporizerusa for any product I need.
