Good quality at a good price !
Very trustworthy site ! I am very iffy about ordering things offline because I've had bad experiences with things coming broken, damaged, ect. Not to mention prices are awesome!

The products are very high quality and the prices are very reasonable.
Anytime I have visited this site my experience has been a positive encounter. They inormally have many available items but many times they do not have all the accessories for products that have already been purchased. So, when it comes to improvements you need more details about how products without using too much product jargon that many costumers are familiar with. You need to explain things in much more detail so everyone can understand the device.

so far so good!
i ordered my free 4-pc grinder (shipping not included) and then decided to go ahead and buy a Pax vape. the free gifts are a big plus, as is free shipping. do a search for coupon codes and you can save even more. unfortunately, a couple of accessories were on back order without any idea of when they would come in from Ploom.

Great prices and fast service but....
One of the items I ordered was back order so they had to exchange it with another item which is fine but the new item didn't come with any instructions. Also, I was mislead about one of the other items ( I thought I could use dry herb in it but now it it seems I can't) and it came in the wrong colour. Not big deals (the dry herb thing may have been my fault), just some little irritations. I'd still order from them again.

Awesome site somehow knew I am great need of a new grinder!
It was a very pleasant surprise when I got a discount code for a free $40 grinder just for liking them on Facebook. The only downside was they didn’t offer 1st class USPS for less money than $8, but I guess its still better than $48
