Great service and communication
Jamie from Vapor Clean gave me a call to ask if he could arrive early which was courteous and ideal for my days plans! He did a terrific job cleaning our 1 year old Beko oven which now looks just as it did new. Thanks Jamie, would recommend to anyone.

Dismissive customer service, disappointing end product
Two stars because we recognise the technician who came to us was polite, delayed but explained why and spent two hours or so on cleaning. However the end result, once the sofas dried was extremely disappointing. I let Vaporclean know of that disappointment within 24 hours including photographs and that disappointment was further compounded by the dismissive attitude to our complaint. Apparently the stains that still exist after cleaning are 'wear and tear' on the sofas, interesting given the stains are dark coloured and the sofa is light grey. Also the sofas are a quality product and any wear and tear in the areas concerned is extremely unlikely. Now looking for an alternative cleaning company to do the job properly.

Based on the photos provided, our team assessed the remaining marks as consistent with wear rather than removable staining — particularly given the location and nature of the fabric.
We understand this may differ from your view, and we respect that. While we always aim for the best possible outcome, results can vary depending on the condition and material of the item being cleaned.

I highly recommend Jamie and Alex for carpet and furniture cleaning. They were both friendly and polite and they arrived on time. The quality of their work was excellent and the carpet and sofas look fantastic. The reason I chose vapour clean was because of Chloe. Will arrived on time, was polite and organised. He made me aware, upfront, of the standard the oven could be cleaned to, given the cast iron ect.
