My packaged arrived but one of the disposables looked like a tall bottle of juice. I sent an email and got responded by a text message the very next day. In the process of understanding this they ensured me that even though it is a Vapor Boss brand but the description has an elf bar picture that it is truly a disposable. And seriously I was tricked in such a positive way because they really disguised it as a rechargable 60 mL bottle of juice because I thought they only sent me juice. Such an innovative product to be disguise as another. I am amazed by it even because it has zero nic and the flavor is on point. They were very kind and I really appreciate it because I am new to the vape scene. This is truly a site I will be coming back to, because they have an AWESOME customer service.

I've ordered FreeMax replacement could from them twice now, and both times I've ordered I've received my coils within a week from when I placed the order, the only thing I think they could do to improve the shipping experience is offer a priority 2-3 day shipping for a little extra, and even give customers an option to select require a signature to guarantee others received their orders....
But overall I have had absolutely no issues getting anything I've ordered and would recommend Vaporboss
