Vaporboss is my go to for horrible customer service
This was my go to site for months and now nothing but trouble!! I placed an order on 2/16. I received an email on 2/21 stating that it was being shipped and sent tracking info. It is now 3/13 and the tracking still says preshipment. I've tried MULTIPLE times to email and I've only received one response to which they said one item was out of stock and if I wanted to replace it with something else. I responded waited ANOTHER WEEK and still says preshipment. WTH Still no response still waiting for a refund or my items.

Buyer Beware
Changing my rating. Order with 2 non working vapes in previous order. Recently placed an order on February 2nd and they haven't shipped or responded to emails. Do your research. Maps is indicating permanently closed. I have opened a claim with Better Business Bureau.

You will not be disappointed
My favorite product has been discontinued but Vapor Boss had it. I was surprised at how easy it was to order from the website and how fast the delivery was. The products are high-quality and seem to last longer than the ones bought in the store. The prices are very reasonable. Much cheaper than buying from a store, at least from where I live. The customer service is superb. They are all very friendly and genuinely care about the customer. I highly recommend trying Vapor Boss.

Awesome communication and fast turnaround
I was browsing different companies looking for someone closer to Nevada so the turnaround won’t be so long. I looked at many, only Vapor boss texted me personally to see if I needed help or have any questions. I was talking to a live person and not a robot. Decided to try them out and I was not disappointed! Order shipped on a Friday and delivered on Wednesday. I received delivery alerts and a follow up text massage after it was delivered. I appreciate all Vapor Boss has done to gain my business, I’ll for sure recommend Vapor Boss going forward!
