About Vaper Store

Vaper Store is a premium online retailer of all things vape related. We are primarily a UK based store but we do ship to Ireland and other countries in the EU where vaping is legal.

Our Product Range

Vaper Store stocks vape disposables in 0mg, 10mg and 20mg, 100ml and 50ml vape juice with supplementary nic shots and salts. We also stock mods, pods, kits, coils, tanks and batteries. UK Vapers and all UK vaping equipment is completely catered for at our online vape shop. We also sell a range of CBD vapes and CBD juice.We sell the best, cheapest vape juices and liquids from all popular vapour and juice suppliers.

Age Verification

As a responsible online retailer of vape products we adhere to all current legislation on the sale of vape related products. All customers must be able to verify their age when ordering. We do this via our partner 1account who cross-reference customer order details with other data sources to verify the age of every customer.

Customer Service

Great customer service is at the heart of everything we do at Vaper Store. We will endeavour to resolve any customer service issues which are fundamentally our fault or within our control but we can't always control everything such as couriers losing parcels or delays in parcels being delivered.

Overal Trust Score

The majority of our shipments arrive on time. The vast majority of our customers are happy with our service. Our returning customer rate increases every month, as does our average order value. So when it comes to trust and reputation, we must be doing something right.

If you like burnt tasting vapes

Bought 2 vapes recently and the quality is very hit and miss. Have bought plenty on and off over a period of time. But whats the use when the 10000 puff vape you purchased tastes burnt out after 500 puffs or even less. I bought 2 different vapes in the same order recently and after getting the burnt out taste very early into the 10000 puff one, switched to the 7000 puff, first taste - burnt out vape. Waste of money really, think I will have to look elsewhere for some decent quality vapes.

Not sure this is a legitimate business

I ordered over a week ago paying extra for 1-2 days delivery spending £40 - I chased up with the chat bot they said there was a delay in despatch still not arrived8 days later. Emails ignored no despatch confirmed - wont hold my breath for my money back or my products

AVOID

AVOID! I been waiting over a week ,sending emails, live chat ,trying to call however answer machine it's all you can get ,no reply from customer service, I contact bank to help get my money back , don't buy from them, time wasters!!

DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! TERRIBLE COMPANY AND COSTUMER SERVICE!!

Made some orders on Saturday night, for about £150. Got asked to age verify the very next morning, and i mailed a picture of my drivers license 3-4 hours later as asked. Yet now 5 days later my order is still in "ordered", one of the orders are even shown like a didnt pay for it but i did

Tried chatting on their website, sent 4-5 emails, no response. Customer service is non-existent. And now i wonder if im getting scammed since they dont even answer my e-mails and are impossible to get in contact with!

Still no answer 6 days later

Very disappointed

when I received my package I was exited to try it but when I have try it did taste horrible like a flame, It's definitely not worth it to buy

I’m loving it

I’ve recently discovered this online shop and I’m really happy about it. Not alot of stores have wide range of 0% nicotine disposable vapes and most of what I’ve tried from here are really good 🥰
