So glad I came on here to read the reviews just before I was about to make a £100 order. Thanks for the warning I’d advise anyone to steer clear of this company sounds like a complete shambles I’ll keep with my usual vape website where I know I’ll receive the correct items ordered and will definitely receive the items next day for free. STEER CLEAR!

Not happy that they have sold vapes online to my underage daughter. Clearly don’t take appropriate steps to verify age.

Had a very bad experience with this company they are very bad people. I paid for a vape kit and there very bad website suffered a glitch and didn't register the order. I contacted customer service and provided evidence of purchase and they still won't honour the order. Absolutely shocking

Never arrived. Ordered first class delivery 48hrs, 7 days later still no sign of it and the tracking data shows royal mail haven’t even received it from them. Not answering emails, phone just goes to voicemail. AVOID. SCAMMERS.

Prices are better than most but had many issues with my orders. We always order a box of 10 R&M strawberry and banana, however once we had an extra individual vape that had been chucked in, but had leaked all over the package. The last time I ordered we had to send the package back and wait for a replacement to be sent once they'd received the return as the units had been marked with the wrong flavour. Aware this is a manufacturer issue but not very apologetic and pretty much "it is what it is attitude"

Now our most recent problem. I ordered some late Saturday evening only to receive a call mid afternoon today (Tuesday) to say they were out of stock. So the website is not updated properly when they run out of stock and it takes 2 business days to contact me to let me know, despite me receiving an email yesterday to confirm they'd dispatched my package to Royal Mail.

Not happy with their service, I now have to wait another couple of days for these vapes as they won't have strawberry and banana for at least two weeks and they're not even a flavour we're sure we will like (Strawberry and raspberry)

This company is probably the WORST Company i have ever dealt with, they took my order, then informed me that one of my order was out of stock, so i decided to let them keep the £15.92 that i had already paid for the product, and they agreed when it came into store, they would ship it out to me, that was now two months ago!!! After numerous emails without one reply, i have decided to never ever purchase from them ever again!!! BE WARNED< NOT A GOOD COMPANY!!!!!

I had an order of 5 vapes last week, 2 of them faulty...as poor packing!
I contact them via message nobody reply or to be interested in this!

I ordered 100 pound vapes last year in may and I sent 20 emails and keep doing monthly but never had my vapes or my money back since May 2024

Good range of vapes, reasonably priced. Usually dispatch very quickly. If out of stock they contact you to choose different flavours. So good customer service.
