Quality E-Liquids at cheap prices what's not to like, big fan of the Black Bogie myself. The constant new additions are nice as well, bit of variety keeping it fresh.

Do not order from this site. I had been a customer of this company for the last 8 years. Used to be bestecigliquid and then another name and now Vape IQ. Same owner just different brands. Service has deteriorated over time. I bulk order by liquids. Delivery used to be as promised and the quailty of the liquids were good my last order was over £200, places in March 24. Still waiting for over half of my order. Emails are not responded to and the quality of liquids received was poor. DO NOT ORDER, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Three Months! Just Three Months of Madness!
It’s been three whole months since I placed an order with Vapeiq.co.uk, and guess what? I still haven’t received my items. Sure, things can sometimes go wrong with the postal service. But the absolute worst part? I’ve written to them around 10 times with zero response. This isn’t just a one-off either—this happens EVERY time I order from them. And in the past, the only way I’d get a reply was by threatening to leave a bad review on Trustpilot. Pathetic.

This time? Even that didn’t work. I warned them TWICE that if they didn’t reply within a couple of days, I’d leave a bad review. Well, guess what? Two weeks have passed, and still no response at all.

I have NEVER come across a company so utterly incompetent. Their products might be good, their prices might be cheap, but their customer service? It’s beyond disgraceful. It’s outrageous. It’s downright unacceptable. How this company has ANY customers left is an absolute mystery to me.

Let me be crystal clear: I will NEVER order from Vapeiq.co.uk again. I’m done. Finished. From now on, I’m buying from Highqvape.de. Their products are even better, their service is top-notch, they ship most orders the same day, and they actually RESPOND to their customers. Imagine that—a company that actually gives a damn!

Vapeiq.co.uk, this is beyond shameful. You’ve lost a customer for good.

Edit - I have increased the rating as, having found another email address, they responded within hours advising they had a mixing problem and despatched the next day and delivery was 48 hours later. 4 stars now as they had incorrect email address on site and did not advise of the delay after having raised the postal label.

It's a shame really, I have had no issues in the past and have received a good product for a good price. However, my last order was marked as despatched on 4th December. Royal Mail have it listed as still waiting for it as of 13th Dec. Emails to VapeiQ have been ignored.

I've been using this place for over a year, every time my order has been wrong or not sent until I remind them that they've taken my money and I want my items I paid for. This time I spent £200+ so I don't have to deal with them more than once a year...it really is that stressful having to chase them up Every. Single. Time. If I could get the flavour from another place, I would, the juices and nic-salts are good, but the hassle really isn't. I eventually found the correct email address and contacted them about my order, I had waited for 11 days, it was showing as completed....where's my tracking details and items? The order turned up the next day via 24 hour delivery. There's one nicsalt missing, but you know what?... I can't deal with them again, so I'm letting it go. Find a more competent company if you can...these people are taking the mickey. 😒

First and last time ordering

Bought a shortfill which was completely tasteless. I make my own juice and the reason for ordering was to have one steeped and ready to go but this was not it. Emailed them to ask about this and ignored

Never again

Didn’t receive free ejuice, why offer something you have no intention of sending?
No response to emails.
Will not use again.

My order arrived a bit later than expected and was given the wrong tracking number so RM kept saying they were waiting for a parcel that would never arrive.

No replies to messages and emails, nothing new there. Juice is good though.

Junes order was 2 bottles short. Sent emails. One response still no missing bottles sent. Ordered 25th August 17 bottles. Sent three emails. No response and still not received order. I have been using these guys for 11 years and this is the worst it's been. I didn't want to right this but what else can I do. As your not responding (Why)

Placed an order over nearly 3 weeks ago now, which they sent to the wrong address by there mistake, which is fine because mistakes happen and all that.

Sent an email to them about it which they replied saying they’d sort it out asap.

Waited a few days and sent multiple emails because I was getting no reply

Still over 2 weeks and no email or anything from them. So I send an email saying that I’ll do a fraud chargeback through my bank if they don’t sort it which I get a reply almost instantly saying they’d send it out first thing Monday. It’s passed Monday now and still nothing. I’ve sent emails and no reply.

Absolute joke! It’s not hard to resend 2 bottles of juice at £14 out to me or at least refund me! Such a simple fix…

Avoid buying from here at all cost because they will be happy to grab your money but provide no solution or support if they mess the order up.

Oh and another thing I’ve found out when checking this company, they used to be called Bestcigliquid. Go check that trustpilot out for lots of very similar bad reviews…

If there was a lower score i would gave it, the customer support is not at any help, not responding to emails and when they respond it is very unprofessional and without care for the customer, i would never order from them again.

Answer to respond: My order was made 28.July it was marked "shipped" 5th of August after i send you and email will it the order be processed anytime soon. Yes i received an email from DPD to fill the form for customs i did it and didn't received other email to pay, after which i contacted the DPD and they just told me that package is on customs! Is it my responsibility to go through all the drama to get your package delivered? Or is it your as a seller?

24.09. still nobody reached out, no package and no refund, and they talk about trust in humanity!!

The Juice is fantastic.
N.e.t liquids have authentic tobacco taste and great value in my opinion. I normally leave juice to steep for at least a week before use. I've had a few late orders here and there (over busy period) but always received my order. Great customizastion also
