Couldn't rate high enough, a lovely lady called to confirm my order, and also advised me on my purchase, I wanted to go from disposable to refill pods to save money, she didn't advise what I had ordered and glad I took her advise and went with her recommendedation, also she through a freebie in and some valentines choc. It's nice to know good customer service does infact still exist

Very easy to order as first time vape buyer. A little shocked that it just got posted through the door with no signing as my kids could of got hold of it, plus any child could order them as no check at the door of age which you get with places like Amazon even with nicotine free ones.
