Best Customer Service
Ordered a Tank from here and on arrival I noticed the included bubble glass was cracked. No fault of the store however I did get in contact to see about sending a spare replacement glass out. Guy on the phone was very professional and said he would get it sorted straight away and shipped it off same day. When the item arrived I actually had 2 spares included which was a very nice gesture. Will 100 percent be coming back here from now on

I can't remember ever contacting any other company that didn't want to just sort out a problem straight away like Vape Direct did.
I had brought a consignment of vapes and when I took one out to use it, it didn't work so I telephoned Vape Direct and I was sent a replacement without any quibbling or mindless questioning.
The young lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and after finding my order resent me a replacement without any issue which arrived the very next day.
Great friendly service very jovial conversation and instant result.
