I would normally leave a 5 star for vape 360. But until they stop using Evri for delivery's they will only get 1 star.
They was much better when they used Royal Mail.

Thanks so much for saying you'd normally give us 5 stars – that really means a lot to the team. I just wanted to reply personally to clear up what's going on with the deliveries.

We actually still use Royal Mail as much as we possibly can! The tricky part is that Royal Mail has very strict rules on certain vape products, parcel sizes, and specific postcodes. When an order goes over their limits, our system has to automatically swap to another courier like Evri, DPD, DHL, or Parcelforce. It isn't a choice we make to cut corners; it’s simply the only way we can get those specific items to your door.

We really don't want to lose a loyal customer over a courier issue.

Great service

Ive been using these fir quite a while and never had an issue. I order what I want and get communication straight away and only takes a couple of days to gave it delivered with my normal post. Prices are good too!
