Good company reliable and effective thank you to Cole and liam

this company has really helped us this summer in a way that feels honest and doesn’t feel like someone is simply standing between us and the client

They made an ad campaign with absolutely no effort.
Hi priced, low quality leads came through.
After numerous requests to get better leads and being ignored I was forced to ask to cancel the ads.
They never.
From there I had to cancel my card.
But Google kept billing me and of course months later and to get ads from elsewhere I had to pay them.
I set my spend limit to zero.
And van media leads started coming through again.
I asked them again to deactivate and got several more scam leads at high prices before they would turn it off and in the end I was forced to shut down my whole Facebook ads account and start again.

Because their reply is far from truthful. .
Had they said sorry and accepted the service was unacceptable I wouldn't have put a bad review, but the trolling and victim blaming isn't acceptable.

sorry, (no capital letter, punctuation stinks for a lead gen firm) we will be in touch on Monday, sorry for the long wait, we mostly try to have someone for the weekend (INCASE THERE IS A PROBLEM THAT CAUSES 10's, 100's or 1,000's of £€$?. That's nice of you)
Even though the core team DOESNT work to ensure we reply to messages, but this weekend we couldn't do it. (Again, unprofessional copy and paste of grammar barring the obvious failings)

"No problem at all. We can certainly pause the ads while you make those changes.
( Days later. They confirmed they'd pause them. I had to cancel my card before this response came through as there was no other way to cancel or pause the leads)

At no point did they tell me they couldn't cancel the ads until I paid the balance they caused for inadequate leads and a 2 day wait for support?

I pay meta and set my add spend to £0.01
4 hours later I start getting the same poor quality leads I shouldn't be recieving.
I write to van media.
They tell me they will be paused within 10 minutes.
It's all my fault there was no reply to say they couldn't cancel unless I paid for their mistake.

I get another substantial quantity of charges for terrible leads for several hours before I have to take drastic action with my account.

I'm then again victim abused and blamed, before finally leaving a bad review because it's not my style.

Also. They attempted to have trust pilot remove my review.
Be careful people.

Oh. After being overcharged 3 days. 2 months. 6 hours while charges flooded in I lost my cool?
You better believe it.
Don't lose your cool to lies, avoid them.
If you read that and go with the timeline.
they've now not only lied to me.
They hope you don't notice and think I'm the nutjob after asking 3 times over 2 months for ads to be stopped and a large amount of Facebook ads still being charged to me while they get their Facebook partner payments from every one.
That's the smoking gun guys.

This is their link which they'll soon delete, when a couple of people genuinely read it.
And call them out.

It won't last long though.
As it's clear why anyone would feel aggrieved by them if you read it "in context".

I’ve been working with Nick and Van Media for about 6 month now. Yes I’ve tried several agencies before and at first I was a bit sceptical since “I’ve heard it all before”. However it’s nice to see that few month later I am getting consistent results leads are coming in daily and the booking rates are not bad. The graphic of the ads is not bad, and overall I like working with van media and am pleased with the results.

Nick and Van Media are incredibly hard working and responsive and have helped me to grow my company and continue to scale. I would highly recommend working with them.

Our moving company has been working with Van Media Marketing for about 3–4 months now and we love what it has done for our business. It has raised our brand awareness and our local presence in New Orleans, Louisiana even clients from California has contacted us that are moving to Louisiana. So I believe it’s with the help of Van Media that we are getting the exposure that we wanted and needed when we began our business.

I had a meeting with Jack, he lied about rates and positive reviews. He then offered a free trail, in which he failed to deliver in. We scheduled another meeting to set up the free trail, only for him to no show. Stay away from this company, they're fraudulent

They're incredibly good with the social media stuff. It only takes 2-4 weeks of testing for them to find your ideal clients and start sending them over through Facebook and IG.

Anyone claiming that they're scammers is straight up lying because of their own poor business decisions, so please ignore them.

I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone who needs help marketing.

I’ve been using Vanmedia for a few months now. I’ve been pleased with the results from their marketing. The team is responsive and they check in with me periodically to make sure their apps are working properly. If I need to make adjustments, they quickly do them and I can see the results almost immediately from those requests.

I had a great experience with Nick and VanMedia. Everything was made clear to me at the start, I was given examples of success stories and I was given names of their other clients who I reached out to and verified their legitimacy and effectiveness and was given glowing reviews.
