Vanishing Inc. Magic Omdömen 

I signed up for a subscription with the intention of cancelling it. I thought I had cancelled but was charged again the following month. The customer service team were quick to respond and even refunded the unexpected charge as a gesture of good will. Thank you :)

Customer Service at Vanishing Inc. was BEYOND SUPERB! I’ve never had an issue with a product or technical snafu (download) that the TEAM @ VI wasn’t able to handle professionally, promptly, and stress free.

I ordered a magic book from Vanishing Inc and it arrived damaged, most likely in transit. I reached out to customer support and the Vanishing Inc support wizards responded very promptly. They are setting up a replacement. I'll be donating the damaged book to my local library and/or an aspiring young magician. It was so simple and easy to work with Vanishing Inc support. Customer service from VI is always top shelf! I have to ask for their help on occasion & I have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. At a time when customer service is generally lacking it’s great to know you can rely on VI! They truly are Wizards!

Bought Melero Rings (Linking ring set) last year. Unfortunately one of the rings fractured and I thought I'd contact Vanishing to see if it was possible to purchase a replacement set of rings. Even though it's past the returns date (by a long way), they have very kindly organised a new set of rings to be sent out free of charge. Certainly surpassed my expectations. Vanishing is the best magic shop. Period. The customer service is outstanding. Lightening fast and always pleasant. These guys genuinely care about the customer's experience. The selection of products is vast and quality. They also hold fundraisers for worthy causes. Vanishing inc is a great company to do business with.

Almost 6 months ago I ordered a book which was paid for at the time. Several months have passed and the only response received has been: Maybe next month.
For years I have been a loyal customer of the company but since the UK left the EU it has gone down hill.
Even at the Blackpool Magicians Convention the company appeared with virtually nothing of interest.
If the company intends to loose loyal customers it is doing the right thing behaving like this.

Very responsive and customer friendly already over a very long time. Not only selling magic products but also creating sense of community and support. Thank you everybody who works hard and yet really „care“ful.

I attended the Session recently. It was very well organised and with a wealth of famous and informative contributors, was a fun and rewarding weekend. It was marred at the end when I lost my wallet☹️. I got home to find an email from the Vanishing Wizards to say it had been found. It was posted back to me with tracked delivery and no cost for me! That’s what I call customer care.
