About a year ago when Ox Bender 2 came out I placed an order for 1, got a package for both V1 and v2! who does that! Here is my way of saying thanks.

Great fast service. And they back there products. Best magic shop i have ever dealt with. Very good customer service. They really care will tell my friends.

The package didn't arrive. They claim a neighbor took it. But that's just an excuse, and I know several people who've had the same experience. I advise against ordering anything from here unless you want to be scammed.

Vanishing, Inc., is a fantastic magic shop with a wonderful selection of carefully vetted and curated products. They have excellent customer care and expert magicians on staff to answer your questions and help you with your purchase. Even though I accidentally made an error with a recent transaction, they resolved everything almost instantly with ease and aplomb. They are also publishers of exceptional magic books and producers of unique magic. This store is highly recommended.

I had a vehicle stolen about 18 months ago. I got the car back, but my ipad and my iPhone were missing. All my contacts were lost thereby, and I have had significant issues trying to get my passwords straightened out.
I could not recall my VI passwords.
Today Kyle Purnell and Jim Krenz helped me immensely!
My life is so much better now!!! ( this said rather grandiosely)

Vanishing incorporated magic went far beyond my expectations. I purchased a trick secondhand which requires a wireless remote. The remote it came with didn’t work so I reached out to vanishing Inc. and with no questions asked they sent me a new remote and when I got it and tried it out it synced immediately. Their customer service blew me away. They shipped it the next day. I don’t know what else to say. They are truly one of the best magic companies in the world and that’s not by a far stretch of imagination. I only speak facts.
