I really loved the dress and it was so worth the price! I was really picky when looking for prom dresses but I came across this one and I knew it was the one, I was skeptical about buying online with sizing and whatnot but it was OK. I am gonna be honest. it was really big when it arrived, the dress was very puffy so we got rid of this net layer and we had to hem it.it was very long and boxy around my chest and waist, it fit better after we altered it. I think they made my measurements larger than it was. so when measuring just be true to your size and don't worry about it being to small. but otherwise, such a beautiful dress and I got compliments all day and night :)

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered an item on the 22 October 2019 and since it wasn't dispatched, I emailed on the 08 November asking for an update and received a speedy reply on the 11 November stating that it was out of stock and whether I would change to a different style or they could cancel and process a refund. I then replied asking for a timeline on the same day, with no response I then emailed on 21 November and the 26 November asking for a full refund. On the 27 November, Synn replied saying "We will process the refund for you in this 2 days." I waited until the 10 December asking for an update of the refund and they replied on the same day with "we've just processed a refund for the order.". I just checked my bank statement and despite paying for USD$42.10, they processed a refund of USD$39.00 so I emailed to ask what was the reason for this. The reply was "Payment company and bank charged handling fee(about 4% for each transaction). while we received the payment, since our account is only accept USD, it was convert to USD, and we can only refund the currency in USD." The condition for charging their customers the handling fee for a refund was not mentioned when the refund was offered, nor was it listed on their website. They seem to have processed most of the refund and make their customer pay for the handling fee, despite I have never received the product and it has been nearly 2 months since I had first placed my order. Utterly ridiculous.

At first, I was a little scarred about buying this without getting myself measured, But I bought it in the smallest size, I am 5 ft and weight 120, I had mine made customized and I love it. It came a week early and I couldn't be more happy about that, I love the customer service and they were so nice and patient, thanks Vampal

DO NOT ORDER YOUR DRESS FROM THIS SUPPLIER!

My daughter's dress arrived 5 weeks after ordering and is at least one dress size too big and hideously long.

All my emails to request a refund have been ignored.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Bought a dress for my debs and it was absolutely horrible looking didn’t look anything like the photos and have been constantly messaging them about a refund and they are seeing my messages and ignoring them the one time they answered and told me to get pay pal so I did and messaged them back about it AND STILL IGNORING ME, fraudulent company wish I could give no stars because this company is a joke and should be put in jail !

The dress is beautiful!!! Delivery took longer than expected due to custom issues, but Synn was great with communication, and the dress was totally worth the extra weight. Would definitely order from them again.

My wedding is just a few days away and my bridesmaids still haven’t received their dresses.
My wedding is about to collapse because of them!!!
No explanation is given despite the numerous emails sent out to chase them on the status of the order...
I still expecting to hear back from them....and will keep you updated on the outcome of it.

This was truley the best service I’ve had, the dress was beautiful and breathtaking. The quality of the Dress was amazing quality and was thick, and “heavy” weighted material. My dress came the exact day I was told it would be here. And I’ve never been so happy with a dress order. I was also able to request my SPECIFIC color I wanted, and I was so greatful!! I recommend buying and don’t be too sceptical with this dress, it’s honestly so amazing

I wish I could give no stars. This company is a fraud they take your money and give you horrible product. When you ask for a refund they tell you to sale it yourself, because it's no refund.. They don't even have a number where you can call.. My daughter dress for prom was delivery on yesterday she emailed them for a refund because the dress was cheaply made and didn't look like the pictures, the email they sent her was to sale it ;do not order from them.. They do not value hard earn money.. I'm Contacting BBB

I received my dress and it was absolutely perfect just as it was in photo, I got an email to say it would be a week late arriving, it arrived by dhl today exactly a week later, this company replied to all my emails within minutes, I was nervous at first after reading some reviews where people were not happy, but I can only say my experience of vampal was top class and I have no complaints, I am happy recommending vampal and I will shop with them again.

I was pleasantly happy with the dress,I didn't expected it to come out as identical to photos as it did.

I ordered this dress in black and let me tell you, it's more than perfect. I was scared that my dress won't arrive nor be made on time. I've read most of the reviews and people said that it takes a month-two months or even longer! That got me scared so I started to e-mail vampal and told them my story. They were externally kind. They emailed me back fast too. Their service is great and the dresses are as well. The fabric is great quality too. Yes it might be risky to buy it over internet but it's worth it. Again my family and I are so happy about the dress. I'm sorry for my inconvenience and thank you.

We got the package. I would love to post a picture of the dress. This way other people, like my self, can see the quality that you all do. My daughter is so happy with the dress. It doesn't have as much value as she thought it would but that's nothing a flare slip can't fix. I'm getting wedding pictures professional done. I don't mind sending you a copy. This way others can see as well. I read somethings online. They worried me. I don't want you to lose business because other websites lies. Please let me know.

This company is awful they sent wrong size and advertise named brand dress when it isnt at all! I requested money back and they tried keeping 40% of my money! I filed a dispute through paypal being that is how I paid thank god and I got my money back! Now 2 months later they have billed my paypal again for the full amount of the said dress!!! DO NOT BUY

Purchased item back in July and still nothing.
Email back and forth for months now speaking with a Synn, no effort from them for refund.
Do not buy.

AWFUL!!!!! Do not order from here!!!! AVOID!!!! The only good thing is that it came in time. Otherwise, I ordered a size 4 but the top part could have easily fit Double D's. It had NO shape to it what so ever , it looked like a big massive curtain. If I wrapped a towel over myself after a shower it be nicer than that ridiculous dress!!!! AVOID THIS SCAM!!!!!!

avoid like the plague this is a scam site that sends dresses out that are nothing like the picture and then wont give you a refund or answer your emails , its a scam site that takes your money send the wrong items once you send it back at a extra cost of £11 shipping they only offer up to 60% back so they pocket the difference and do it to the next poor customer so when they are charging £200 for a dress they pocket £80 even though your entitled to a full refund as its not the right item sent they will claim its there policy even though you are still entitled to your money back as it is an online sale
