I am still waiting on the refund I was promised on 29/11/2022 , today is 22/02/2023 . I have sent countless email , non of which have been answered . Please don’t ever order from this company . They are nothing short of thieves .

Do Not hesitate one second to order this dress if you
are looking for a real showstopper! I wore it to my graduation party and I received so many compliments saying I have the most beautiful dress out of all the people at the party...It is so gorgeously done and hugs the body in all the right places without revealing too much!

Really unprofessional and unhelpful staff. My experience with this company has been painful. Communication has been really poor and still no refund for the dress.

I ordereda dress for my daughters prom, we paid extra shipping to ensure it arrived in plenty of time in case we needed to alter it. I had to email then once to check on the order status as the online link still said 'processing',I had a swift response advising me that it had shipped and would arrive within the next 5 days. It arrived on time and was as advertised. Would def use this site again. I only dropped a star as it would have been much easier if the website showed that my order had been shipped and there was no tracking information given.

I had a very tight budget for my wedding and still wanted to look like a princess.

The dress arrived 3 days before expected date. it was beautiful!

the sizing was spot on. I'm 5'7, a 22 fit like a glove, arms are a bit tight but nothing to bad that would make it need alterations.

I added a petticoat to give it that extra ball gown look! the quality and material are amazing. THE PRICING WAS UNBELIEVABLE!! I 100% recommend!!! I felt like a beautiful Latina princess in my wedding dress!!!

Only had two issues on was with how the dress was packaged - came in a paper bag, leave time to allow the dress to hand to get rid of wrinkles and might want to steam it as well.
the second was there was a small satin on the dress looks like potentially a fabric maker? I was able get it out so it's no longer noticeable. still I am happy with the purchase!

If this review can help at least one person to avoid making the same mistake I made, I will be happy. The dress is hideous, they fabric is clearly not organza, is pure plastic. The dress was customized but it came at least 30cm longer. It also came late, after I paid a 50€ for express shipment. I know it was not a shipment problem because Vampal wrote to me one week after I order to ask for my measurements again, which I had already given when I purchased the dress. Be careful they don’t give you a refund on the dress. After I had all this mess I realized not only they not cover customization fee and shipment (which I knew) but they only give you a 50% refund on the dress. I did not want to spend a lot on the dress I ended up paying way more.

I was unable to find a dress I liked and found Vampal from Google shopping, I fee in love with the dress and with massive apprehension, I ordered it after contacting Synn as I wanted a custom size and color white not champagne in which the dress was advertised. the response from Synn was really quick. she send me samples of the white color which I chose form. a potential delivery date as my wedding was in 2 months, Synn also promised to include an underskirt for free to make it look big. the dress arrived at the time stated(1 month before my wedding), it WAS so beautiful, exactly like the image on the website! the quality of material was good, the sequins were stitched perfectly. there were many layers to the dress to make it look the same fan-out effect at the bottom. the dress fit my body perfectly! I didn't need to do any alterations to it. I received a lot of positive comments about the dress while try on and no one believe that I had bought it online. everyone love it. I felt like a princess, the disappointment I felt was when I had to take it off!

I would highly recommend purchasing and trust the quality of the dress, stitching and communication.

I was really scared when I read reviews online, but the final result is really great for me. if ordering I would suggest communicate with them about the sizing/return policy first, Synn was always response fast.

Never would I buy from here again. Not a uk company like on website. Dress arrived in a Jiffy bag! About two sizes too big and dreadful satin material, very cheap looking. Nothing like the photos. If i returned the dress I would have to post tracked and signed for to China! So in the end accepted a 60% refund which when paid actually was on 50%. A costly lesson!

A lot of reviews warn about falling for the low prices and being disappointed in their order. the negative reviews made me nervous to buy my dresses.
HOWEVER, I had a great experience and I have some tips to make sure you do too.
1) email customer service asking for a photo of the actual item you want to buy. it will look different from the photo on their website, I emailed 3 times over several weeks and I was okay with each dress they showed me.

2) Be very specific in your order about what you want, every photo they sent of my dress was slightly different, so I specified exactly what I wanted. they dud a decent job of following my instructions. I'm very picky, But I was satisfied with what I got.

3) order EARLY, it took about 1 month for me to get my item after I ordered.

Overall, I love my dress and I am SO happy to not have paid thousands of dollars for it!

I paid an additional €15 and sent 3 emails to confirm expedited delivery. My order arrived 3 days after I needed it. Radio silence in response to my emails for a refund. Finally they agreed to refund the shipping and then never did it. Again they are ignoring my emails. Not worth taking the chance on this company for an ultimately average item of clothing.

I just read another reviewer who had exactly the same experience as me. I bought my dress, and ordered a custom fit, and got an immediate email confirming sizes. I felt confident the site was legit. Then I emailed a couple of times and didn't get a fast response, and then came across the terrible reviews online & started to feel perhaps I too had been duped. I then did hear back from Synn, and although doubting the truth that the package had 'just been sent', it did turn up, and we were so happy with the result. It's gorgeous. The fabric is probably quite cheap, but it doesn't matter, because the overall impression of the dress is luxurious.

I wonder if some of the dresses are more as they seem on the site, and some aren't? It is confusing that there are 50/50 great/bad experiences, so hopefully Vampal check these messages and are able to improve the consistency so you can buy with confidence.

I bought my dress after reading the great reviews on the website. Upon buying it I decided to check other people's reviews and honestly terrified myself thinking I was going to receive a horrendously misshapen piece of tat. I've been so stressed about it it's unreal! I received my dress yesterday morning and it's wonderful!

Pros - the fabric is nice. it looks like the picture and it's quite heavy in a really good ways. the measurements I provided were almost correctly used. fitting well as expected.

Cons - There are a few threads here and there but what could I expect for such a price?

I am very happy with the dress Especially after reading such awful reviews. I understand that not everybody will have or will have had the same experience as I have but I felt it would only be fair to share my personal experience with Vampal.

Had bad experience with Synn after promising me that they will refund me 60 percent for my wedding dress they disappeared no refund and wrong dress.will never buy here and wont recomend

Do not buy off this site it is a pure scam the pictures of the dresses are nothing like what they give you !!! A pure robbing scam this site is they caught me out so I hope nobody else gets scammed by them you don't get what you see in the pictures mine was a total different fabric and everything than the picture I saw that I thought I was getting !!

I am not a review girl...but i had to take a moment to say thank you to Vampal for the dress I ordered, the dress was a wish for my bestie had for her wedding from a Pinterest photo. We could not find the dress anywhere!!! I came acorss Vampal and every one said don't waste your money... it's a scam!! I was desperate to wear the dress that my friend dream of for her wedding so I took the plunge. I figured it's only $132 dollars if it turns out bad not that much of a loss. WELL...the dress arrives and IT IS PERFECT!!the color, fit, quality, all surpassed my expectations. Every detail of the dress is exactly what it should be and the website photo dosen't not do it justice because when you see it in person it is awesome.I will be recommending this site to anyone who will listen for prom, bridesmaid, wedding, formals...you name it. I am so glad I took the chance on Vampal and I can not wait to post the wedding photos with me in this dress...OH and now her other maid of honor can order her dress...I was the Guinee pig...LOL!!!

Nightmare with this company!!!! I ordered a dress on 28th May, which after looking a lot on the internet, was my ideal perfect dress.
6 weeks after placing the order, I was surprised to find out no dress had arrived up until that point and no correspondence from vampal either, since placing the order.
So after 6 weeks I emailed vampal and synn said she believed my item may have been shipped and would check and let me know.
So I’m at home thinking I will get it in time for my holiday booked for August!
Anyway two weeks passed and no follow up from synn at vampal to confirm whether or not the dress had been sent out. You would have thought before she responded to my first email she would have checked if it had been shipped first and then responded!!

Anyway one weeks after this (nearly 7 weeks after order placed) I chased up synn at vampal to ask if it had been shipped? The date it had been shipped and if it hadn’t been shipped when would it be?

Her response was the material to make it was out of stock, I don’t know what was worse: taking 7 weeks to tell me or blaming the lack of material on coronavirus!!

After getting annoyed with her she sends me a crappy selection of dresses I could have, none of them I liked but a good try! How long would I have been waiting if I’d have gone ahead we wonder??

Anyway I demanded a refund which I was told I’ll get 5-6 days who knows if I will or not. Told the company how disgusted I was and that I was going to write a crap review to go with all the others they have. Would have picked no stars if I could

I received my dress and it was completely different to the photograph. It was a different material and the quality just wasn’t to standard:( I’m disappointed to say the last.

Did not look anything like the photo. Had to get $60 worth of tailoring just to make it wearable and it still looks super cheap. Waste of money, don’t do it.
