I will never purchase from this company again. Placed an order in November, supposed to be delivered in December, then January it is now February and it’s still not here. Was supposed to be delivered this past Tuesday no one showed up, eventually was told it will be delivered Saturday after I finally get ahold of someone, which was easy. Never will buy from them again.

The worse experience i have had with furniture company over 60 days ordered and paid for and still have not received the couch. All smoke and mirrors please do not do what many others have experienced and buy this product. Customer service is shady at best!! owners should be bankrupt very soon at this rate.

If you're looking for a couch that promises washable cushions and replaceable covers but has neither, this is the couch for you. But don't worry. If you need to return something, their AI chat bot is 1000x better than the actual agents that get back to you after a few dozen tries. It's not helpful, but at least it's programmed not to be condescending and make you feel like even more of a fool for even buying this couch in the first place. Waste of money and energy. 1 paw print and you're in the market for a new couch.

This is a scam company. I ordered chairs on November 15th, 2024 with a guaranteed delivery date of January 17th, 2024. On January 17th I checked the "tracking" information and saw the chairs were "still in production". After I proactively reached out to the company they said it would be months before the chairs would arrive at their warehouse and then they would still need to go through the shipping process. I asked for a refund, as I am not interested in continuing to wait for months for chairs that are obviously not going to arrive, and they said the best they could do was a 50% refund. Do not buy anything from this company.

The whole experience has been awful. I ordered two sets, and one set was supposed to ship right away and get delivered within 10 business days. That was the end of October. Still waiting for that piece now middle of December. The second set was custom so I understood it would take longer looking at the tracker it is still being built, and the original deliver date was supposed to be December 13th. They completely mislead the customer by giving them false expectations. When you inquire after you've purchased customer service is minimal or refer you to the shipping company. They were super helpful when inquiring about a purchase and then goes downhill after they take your money. I ended up canceling the second set based on my first set not arriving as expected since it gave me insight how they conduct their business and treat their customers. AND with their cancellation policy I had to eat 50% of the cost of the second furniture set. Seems really silly since I have not received anything and still being built. AWFUL company. They said they could give me the 50% in cancellation credits to their furniture, I said no thanks. I hope my first set arrives by January. Even if the furniture arrives and is high quality, at this point I would not recommend this company.

Ordered Charm2 bed in September. Delivered mid October with damaged part. Still waiting for replacement.

Everything went wrong with my experience with this company. Charm 2.0 bed arrived at least 2 months past the stated delivery date. However, customer service was helpful and responsive throughout this time.

Then, within a year of owning the bed, it broke. The support leg system holding the weight from the middle joist was a design flaw. It was clearly a design flaw given that when I attempted to have this issue resolved through their warranty vendor, they were unable to replace the part because those parts no longer exist. Since we bought the bed, it was redesigned, I’m assuming to fix this issue.

I went back and forth with the warranty vendor multiple times to get this resolved. In the end, they said I was out of luck and offered a $75 gift card for a bed that is now broken that I originally paid ~$1000 for.

There are more frustrating details I could share, but I think this review should serve its purpose. Valyou Furniture in my experience, is not a reputable company and should be avoided.

My last hope at this point is that a company agent reaches out to fix this issue. Otherwise, this feels criminal to have a knowingly flawed product and not be willing to make things right with your customers.

Horrible company! It’s a bait and switch. I’m still waiting on my couch. They over promise and under deliver. They will tell you it will be 4 weeks but it’s going. Their new date arrival date is 3 months now. 6 weeks. Still nothing. They gave me the option of a different couch so I can get it sooner. I don’t want it. I’m so upset I chose this company. No discount just to get it sooner too. Horrible. Who promises 4 weeks to be instead 14 weeks! Now I don’t want the couch. If I ever get it I’ll look at it hate it now. The trouble it caused me. I can’t believe they wouldn’t offer a discount for their mistakes and make you take one you didn’t want in the first place!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! They do not uphold the standards that are described on their pieces. I ordered a set of chairs that had arrived NOT as described and their customer service people basically told me tough, deal with it. Really really really disappointing.

The 5 star is for delivery. Gentleman went above and beyond to help with the couch that was delivered not as described on website. BUT Valyou has corrected the issue and will deliver replacement.

I have had nothing but issues with this company! From the moment I ordered and there was no tracking link provided for over 2 weeks and the delivery process was outsourced to another company who couldn't help me, to the unsuccessful warranty claim I just tried to submit 3 months after having the couch delivered.

The arm has come away from the base, it is wobbly and sharp under there so much so that I cut my hand on it...and they have told me that "it seems like this may be due to accidental damage caused during normal use, which unfortunately isn’t covered by the warranty."

So I'm now left with a couch with a broken arm, cushions that are pilling and over $800 down.

Thanks for nothing! Don't purchase from this company.
