I had a fantastic experience with this business! They quickly and professionally repaired the HDMI issue on my PlayStation 5, and I also bought a gadget from them that works perfectly. Great customer service, reliable repairs, and quality products. Highly recommended.

Very impressed by their service. Was an insurance claim and Value Checkers were designated by the insurance company (Trinity).
Trinity were lacking in prompt communication and accuracy of feedback. However, Value Checkers were the absolute contrast. Expedient in response. Helpful and clear in direction.
Customer service seemed at forefront.

I am extremely pleased by the service I received when my phone was recently broken. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly. Once they received my damaged phone a replacement was sent to me within a matter of days. Im paticularly grateful to Attiah who went the extra mile to help me. Very positive experience - thank you!

For me this company was brilliant.
They took my smashed tablet, reported back they could not fix it, they then UPGRADED my tablet to a newer model.
To make things easier I contacted them and asked could I collect the new one in person rather than rather than get it sent out through the mail, right away I got a reply yes with their address - which was only 20/30 mins down the road for me.
Got my new one and everything good again.
My experience has been very good with them. I would definitely use them again.

I had an amazing experience with value checkers, a young woman communicated with me very well and helped me get a brand new phone to replace my crappy old one!!

Quick response after being referred by my insurer, replacement on the way in less than a week considering I needed to return the damaged item for inspection. All good.

Had my screen replaced as i dropped it getting out the car, they sent a dpd to collect it and then repaired it and returned it to me next day.

I sent a repair for my iPad via my insurance and was told was not repairable and they would send out a replacement. Been nearly 3 weeks since they told me this and not had anything. Spoke to Danielle on the phone who advised on two occasions that they would get a replacement sorted or arrange for money back. They advised me they would get their manager to call back but no call back on either occasion. I requested to make a complaint and was advised I could only do this by speaking to the manager who was “out”. It has been a week since my last call and still have not heard anything.

Couldn't fault them, my phone got collected the next day (once the insurance company gave the go-ahead for them to assess it). Easy instructions on what I needed to do, the phone got collected by DPD & in less than 24hrs it had been delivered to them, assessment undertaken & insurance company updated...they kept me updated at all times with what was happening... very pleased after reading some other reviews

I have to say after reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive as to the service I would receive. Having said that I can honestly say that the service provided was second to none. Value Checkers were prompt at collecting my mobile, and keeping me updated daily on where they were with the repair, and if I messaged them for an update I received a response more often than not within the hour.
I can't thank the team enough for repairing my Z Flip 5 in the timely manner they did and for the communication, it has been returned perfectly.
Definitely deserve a 5* Rating and I would highly recommend.
