I broke my phone and insurance company used these for the inspection of the device.

Good communications and a very quick turnaround time, looked like they received it and inspected it within 5 hours!

Was kept up to date constantly throughout the process, any questions I had were answered quickly and I couldn’t fault them, used them twice and had great experiences both times

The process after been referred to value checkers by Love it was seamless but the only and main issue after value checker informed me that the laptop was written off was that they just ordered a replacement without given me any option to choose colour or preference. The laptop was pink and it was for my daughter and they sent black colour which she doesn't like. They should at least give option to choose from 2 colours.

They were brilliant from start to finish. I sent my broken computer back on Monday and had a new one back today Friday. They contacted me when they received my old one and sent messages to tell me exactly what was happening. The new one is perfect. What a lovely company.
