Still haven't received my order that was made 3 weeks ago!! Sent 2 enquiry emails and got response a week ago telling me my order was on the way

Scam, order placed in October 25, confirmation received, never received. Email reply stated that a full refund would be done, never received the funds and no replies since.

I ordered a bean bag chair in June 2025 and it is Jan. 2026 and have never recut order. When I send emails to the support address in the order it comes back to me. This is a scam!!

I ordered a bag from this company. The tracking sd it was a invaild address. I contacted the company and they sd they were unable to refund my money or send me anotjer product. They wouldnt even try to help. This is the worst company i habe evet delt with, as far as customer service. BEWARE and dont waste your money. You can get similar products on amazon!

Ollunu is a complete SCAM. I ordered on the 23rd Nov 2025, I received confirmation order but thereafter the link to the website does not work.

I ordered a climbing arch order no 22526. Never arrived! Can’t find a contactable number or email!

I think it’s changed its name now to ollunu!!! Was about to order but was suspicious from the 0 followers and couldn’t find anything about then online glad I looked and will not order now!

Scam, take your money but never delivered the item !

Order placed and paid for but nothing ever arrived. Very disappointing.

I never received my order. The money was taken but they never sent an email confirmation and never responded to my email enquiry into the order not arriving. Reported to Facebook on whose platform they advertised but no specific response from them. SCAM and won’t ever buy via Facebook again

Put in an order paid the amount in full over $250 AUD and never received the item, money was removed from my account, then received an email to ask for a star review on the item, what a joke. Won’t return my emails now, can’t find them online any longer, scam scam scam

I received an e-mail asking for feedback for an order I placed. I replied advising no order received. No replied received to my reply. A day later a 2nd e-mail exactly like the 1st asking for feedback for goods"sent". I replied again. I was then advised we cannot deliver the reply from my server. Server tried again but unfortunately unable to deliver.

Would give zero stars if I could . Should have checked Trustpilot first UGH ! Ordered a baby climbing arch in June , still waiting. Seems like everyone has the same experience- just another SCAM website run by scumbag thieves Hopefully can get my money back , but who knows ?

Complete scam - item never came and didn't even have a way to complain. No response from the company at all.

Scam! Ordered two months ago, nothing since. No response from them and order not showing in my Shop app, where I paid from. FO NOT BUY OFF THEM!!

Like the other reviews I ordered from this site back in June 2025 and still haven’t received anything (August 2025). I have sent email chasers, one of which was responded to, but now it seems their email is no longer working. Seems like a scam website.

I like others have been scammed, my emails are bouncing back.
