Hi, Thank you for your review.
Usually we only refund shipping on an occasion where an item is faulty or damaged and expect customers to cover return postage for anything else - as per our refund policy on our website. I apologise that on this occasion you were not happy with the sizing, we will make note of this for future collections!
Kind regards,

Shorts arrived on time and the material is really nice but zips are only for show and not actually pockets as you would be forgiven for assuming. Rating would have been higher if not for that

Bad quality print
Good service and delivery. T shirt material and fit is great, but the image on the top is just stuck on, feels cheap and makes it look it too. If it was properly done would be a 5/5…..

Great purchasing experience from start to finish !
My son was adamant he wanted his jeans from Valeremilano, his previous pairs are bang on trend and great quality! Ordering is easy when extensive photos and info on the website, fabulous bonus of getting them in the sale 😀. Kept fully informed of the delivery and arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately the size was too small we ordered (totally our fault!) and without quibble we're having an exchange in the next few days ~ great customer service 👍
