I ordered the Vanity Desk Dressing Table With LED Sliding Mirror And 4 Drawers (SKU: JY9952BS01) on March 23rd directly from their website and it's missing Part #4 in the box. There were two of Part #3 that were marked as Part #4 (and there should be only one). Part #4 has a blank side with no holes in it.

This is really bad for me as I was putting this vanity together as a surprise gift for my fiance and now I cannot complete the vanity without that part. I'm really disappointed and upset. She will be disappointed. I spent over $221 and I spent a lot of time putting this unit together and I can’t even complete the unit. I sent an email explaining the problem and asking them to send me the missing part but I haven’t received a reply.

The tall corner cabinet was much better quality than I expected! It was exactly what I was looking for, and it looks pretty in my kitchen!

The mirror had a scratch on it, and the company sent me a new mirror. no questions asked.

Left side door doesn't fit right and the other one is warped. I love how it looks from the picture and I like the look of it but wasn't worth the price I paid for it

Great vanity. Material is strong and of quality. I was actually nervous about ordering this . I am pleasantly surprised . My daughter and I put it together in about 3 hours . She loves it !!

When I didn't receive my order they were really good about looking into it and resolving the problem. But I had to reach out to them first.

Shipping with fedex ground item is heavy should be on fedex freight or ship via pallet and more protection
package arrive on time but arrive damage and cost a lot of hustle contacting customer service. and i just realize they dont have a phone number to contact them and they base on hongkong. BIG MISTAKE ORDERING FROM THEM 3 star for fast ontime shipping other than that NO WAY
and was able to get connected and was told they will ship a replacement please dont waste your time and money

This is terrible customer service

When someone orders, you say you will send an email. YOU DON'T! so you don't know if order went through. Then you order again and same thing. When you try to contact, it takes forever to hear back and then you have 2 things and you ask them to cancel. I would never recommend y'all to anyone! Need to learn better customer service. You then want the customer to pay high shipping cost to return

I buy a makeup vanity from Vabches, it's well built and so pretty. No difference between what you see on the website and what you get, but the customer service response is a bit slow. Sometimes it takes a day to contact customer service. I am not particularly satisfied with this.
