This site is a piece of fecal matter. Can never watch your team or you get the other teams feed. Totally f'ed up. Not worth the money. Customer service is abysmal. Tried year after year and same fecal matter experience.

So this app wants you to pay their service than buy another app to run their streaming service because they "discourage using the browser".
Their streaming service keeps freezing basically every commercial so if you are watching a football game good luck with that! Speaking of football I was looking for a specific game and was nowhere to be found! I reached out to their customer service asking for the refund and they didn't even reply back to me, so if you really want to take a chance on them pay for 1 week because they WILL NOT REFUND your service if it doesn't work for you.

Total Scam.. The streaming keeps FREEZING ( Every 30-45 seconds) and Looping, They're Pirating the Signal. Sometimes it switches to BBC / Canadian stations.... I hope the FCC Jail's these P.O.S...... I'm REPORTING them.. They move they're Office po box and have No Business ID#

Trash service. You’re better off using other “free streaming services” the delay on sports games is insanely bad and the buffering and lag time drives me crazy. I’ve used this on a dsl connection through my laptop and on WiFi all the same trust me not worth it save your money.

I have had this service for about 2 years, and have finally had enough of the constant freezes and buffering! I was paying to be able to stream my local baseball and hockey team's games. Though I would write to them every few weeks complaining about the issues I've cited above, they were NEVER ABLE TO SOLVE THESE ISSUES!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!! Buyer beware!!!

It's a great service most of the time. I get all games I want without having to buy extra streaming services such as Apple TV Amazon TV and Peacock Network to get all the feeds. I sometimes have buffering issues but I think it's my internet not Uzzu because I don't have that issue when I watch it on my phone I'll

They have not responded to our concern in over 12hrs now...update: now 24hrs and no assistance, yet.

Constantly lagging/freezing. Tonight we were watching a game and right in the middle the game went off and switched to some poker game smh

I’ve used this service for over two years now and I love it. All the sports I need except for ESPN+ which I also subscribe to. Does it buffer? Yes, until I figured out my modem/router was outdated. I updated my equipment, got a VPN, and restarted my smart TV everyday and shut down all other apps. Voila, buffering cured. Not only do I get all sports I also get about 20 other cable channels all for $10 a month. This app has saved me hundreds of dollars.

I’ve been a subscriber for two years now and have been very pleased with uzzu. I’ve had a few issues with buffering but it’s usually my internet provider that is the problem.

I subscribed for the year and the first event that watched buffered. I immediately contacted support via email. They responded promptly and said everything was good on their end. They sent me a link for a speed test and I copied the result back to them. They said I had plenty with 400mgps. They said let us know if you want to cancel which I said cancel me and please refund me. 6 days later after no refund I emailed again and they commented that my yearly subscription will not renew and you don't have to cancel? I responded that I don't care about the renewal and that I would like a refund. They won't respond back? So after paying subscription for 1 yr and 1 hour later tried to cancel because they couldn't provide a picture that didn't buffer, they kept my money and I've heard nothing back?they only communicate through email. They are criminals!

Never reply to our emails ...need a new code for our roku ...had issues before gave us a code then worked fine... this time no one response. Very Frustrated!!!

This company and customer service is garbage. I signed up for the annual pass, and since our internet is so slow and the games kept buffering I tried to cancel and get a refund after 4 months. Even though they say you can cancel at any time, customer service went silent when I said I wanted a reimbursement for months I will never use. They haven't responded to six emails. Crooks.

This service is garbage. I recommended it to multiple friends. At first it was great but ever since about 5 months ago it is impossible to watch my sports teams without it buffering, freezing, or not working all together. My friends have the exact same issues. What doesn't make sense is that I can watch some feeds perfectly fine, but never my hometown teams without the feed messing up. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I've never been so frustrated before trying to watch sports. Do not buy this service.

It's a good deal for the money but sometimes you can't get a streamed game because they keep reloading and often times they'll have the wrong program on the game that you want to watch for instance Thursday the 13th Flyers game is supposed to be on and they had Matthew Berry with fantasy from 12:00 noon on at 8:00 at night

The system generally works until it doesn't. Wait until you are watching an epic come back and it freezes for the remainder of the game. For that reason is totally sucks! If you are broke and hopeful it's a good option. If you want 100% certainty to see the entire game. Good luck!

I was a fully paid subscriber in 2021. This year I decided to sign up for the month to month plan until I could pay for a full year of service. Worked well for two months and then I was denied access without any warning or without a real reason as to my money was all of a sudden no longer good with them on a month to month payment plan.

been a customer for well over a year my second year will be in march have already renewed for my third year its great i have no regrets best sports app ever every game mlb nfl nba and nhl also alot of college stuff as well get everything espn and anything i have not mentioned if was to purchase all these services all seperate such as mlb extra innings nfl plus nhl center ice ect i am certain all these services combined could cost a tone more not to mention with blackout but with uzzu it in general runs flawless more time than not i will be a lifetime subscriber i found through exp that it runs best with the fire stick along with a good or decent internet speed minimal would be 20 mbps for atleast one single device if running more than higher speed would be recommended
