Three days! No tv feeds! Send e-mails . NO RESPONSE!

The site says they are in the States, Wyoming, The address is a registered agent type - I think they are not in the USA cause the one response I got from them said " It's Ok DEAR " then it went onto the info. Well, "DEAR" in a support ticket is 100% Not an American thing to say, its certainly Eastern Europe or African. anyway, I give 5 stars because i got it to my ROKU channel, with success. Not one blacked out game yet.

Look, I was super skeptical in 2021 so I just bought a month to watch my h9ckey which had gone to Balleys (talk about a ripoff). Month was fine to paid $110 for entire year. Worked fine with some video hangs. Ive renewed in 22, 23, 24 and it has been great. Now they have a workaround Roku channel. Look, YoutubeTV is $79 a month so for me on year for 119 for ALL games I want is great

I'm sure the service is fine but I didn't like the interface so I requested a cancellation within 24 hours as is stated on their signup form. They initially got back but it's more than two weeks later and I still do not have a refund.

Editing this comment because, after sending them an email about them not giving me my refund, they replied with the same cookie-cutter response asking to give a reason for the refund request. Horrible.

Just in case you thought irony was dead, they also provided a link to review them on Trustpilot ... the link was broken.

Edit again ... Nearly a month after requesting the refund, PayPal was able to get them to refund my money. It should be against the law to make people work to get a promised refund.

I'v been a customer for 3 years and can't say anything bad about UZZU. All the sports anyone can ask for. As a NY Yankees and NY Giants fan I was able to see all the games. No Yankees blackout games. I have switched my satelite provider to Directv Stream which carries the YES Yankees channel so I won't need UZZU anymore. My question is how do I get hold of them to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the time I have left on my subscription? Thanks in advance.

The problem for those having issues, probably are 1. Internet speed, not hard wired, open apps that are using bandwidth.

For me, at least it is spot on.

I errantly paid my subscription in December (it renews in July). When I discovered the error, their first response was I’d given a gift subscription (to myself-they provided me with my own e mail as the subscriber.). When I provided proof of the duplicate payment all communication stopped. Amazingly bad customer relationship.

So far, so good! Happy to be able to watch any MLB game without having to pay through the nose for a ton of channels I'll never watch.

Have used uzzu for 3 months and very pleased. Initially we had a bunch of buffering. We swapped out our 8 year old Insignia/Roku for a new TV. Problem solved. Rural internet, 15MB download average.

I thought I'd try this out, but one I created my account I couldn't see a way to cancel so I got spooked. I emailed them to ask to cancel and get a refund (they advertise a 24-hour money back guarantee, no questions asked, and I contacted them within that timeframe). They responded initial asking why I wanted to cancel ... but after I responded there's been no further communication. I followed up a few days later, but still no response. As of a week later they haven't charged me again, but I have yet to be refunded, so I'm not sure that's going to happen.

Everything is good, but really hate the on between with Commerical break in progress, I should not have 2 c that..I am paying for all the picture and commentators..maybe u could refund some of my money

I wasn't sure how well this was going to work, or if the streams were going to be good quality and not lagging, but so far everything I've watched on here has worked perfectly and the quality has been great! I've mostly been watching baseball, so I'm curious how it will go when big football games are on and more people are using this, but so far I've been really impressed.

If I had to make one small complaint/observation, I've noticed a small white border around the picture, but this is hardly noticeable when you're watching something, so not a big deal at all.

Worst customer service experiance, worst streaming service on the planet.

On my 4th year. Had similar issues as others early on, but once I went gig speed, wifi m, at first a VPN but not now, I rarely have a glitch or spool. I use 4k Firestick on one TV and Roku on 2 others. So many options today. Happy I took a chance on this. Andre has been great.

This service is unwatchable! It spends 95 %of its time refreshing; when the event is on it jumps through in unviewable pieces. There is nowhere online to get out of my subscription, so I have paid $120+ for one year of NOTHING.

I subscribed to watch Six Nations. Sometimes it ends up being soccer for part of the match and then they just lost the match today. Terrible service.

Uzzutv is a great tv service.
It's works great with no buffering at all. Absolutely no blackouts.

The service Is garbage. Always freezing and rewinding. At a minimum it's 15 min behind the real game. Fighting for a refund. Don't use this service.

I've had uzzu tv for like 2 yrs or more and I love it .yes their are slight issues but not terrible.. the first year I had it was not so great because they didn't have commercials like normal tv . It would say game starting soon after each period staring at a screen and it would take awhile for it to come back on but I've noticed they have been really a lot better w buffering and has commercials... I can also say a lot of my friends say they can't see some games on cable or some of the providers they use but I can see 95% of the devils games and other ones w ease... I think it's worth the $ so far .. I'm big NJ devils fan and uzzu thank you!!!! ..

This TV service is not customer friendly. It had 3 pkg selections. The first one to try the service was fine. They stopped it after a month or so. The 2nd pkg was 19.99/month and very comfortable. They have since got rid of that as well. The 3rd pkg is 129.99/year. Upon trying to pay my bill for the month, the app began to force me to upgrade to the year selection with no option to even break it into 2 payments. The service has an issue with buffering and freezing. Why would I pay MORE for that? I quit the service and advised the other 6 people I brought on as subscribers to quit it as well and any other people they told about UZZU. These people never said that the subscription would be incredibly increased from $20 to $130. Ridiculous! I have gone with a competitor that has much better service and will allow customers to make payments to complete a year subscription. I DO NOT recommend this service.
