Speedy service
Speedy service - no problems with the purchasing. Product has not been tried in the water yet (white shrug), but agree with previous reviews. I added closures of my own as it only has one near the neck edge, and I opened up the thumb seams a bit as the sleeves are rather short to pull over hands.

Great Products
Purchased several items for my husband and I for protection on our Aruba trip. There are numerous styles and colors of products to choose from. Very happy with the fit and quality of materials. I did return a couple items as I didn't care for the style on me. I did repurchase a different style item which is great. Return was easy with the form included with the order. Received my items in 2 business days (CA to NY) after ordering with free shipping. First time buying from UV Skinz, extremely happy with the product choices, colors, material and fit. Will definitely come back in the future.

No free returns..
No free returns... I haven't had much opportunity to test the clothes out much because I got them at the end of this past summer (including clearance sale). So far, I like the colors/prints but can't speak on their wear. I will, however, say I'm disappointed they don't have free returns/exchanges. Wasn't aware of that before I made my purchase and that's risky with online buying. Spent $8.00 to mail back a clearance item for exchange so I essentially bought it for full price. Because of this, I highly doubt I'll continue shopping here.

Hello Emlee,
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your business and are so sorry to hear you are disappointed with our Return Policy. As a growing company, we hope to eventually be able to provide customers with free returns. For now, we have a policy that allows customers to return items at any point, whether you have had the item(s) for thirty days or much longer. That being said, I have refunded your PayPal $8.00 in an effort to make this situation right and leave you feeling 100% satisfied. Thanks again for your feedback. Have a sun-safe day!

Very durable expensive and funky sunwear
UVSkins offer quality sunwear which is very durable. My reason for the three stars is two things - some of the color combinations are funky, fadish, and frankly repulsive. Secondly, the prices are very high. UVSkins appeals to a more traditional or conservative group of customers with large families. I'd like to see sales/ prices and styles that recognize their traditional following. We buy your swimwear because it'll last through a couple of kid's use but we only buy from your meager sales (because that's what we can afford and really 30% off of the retail price is what I would expect to pay at retail not on sale) which usually just ends up being leftovers of mismatched stuff and the result just doesn't look nice (think color vomit) yet, the total cost is still high. We're walking ads for UVSkins...

Hello,
Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. UV Skinz really appreciates all customer feedback, and we try our best to listen to customers' ideas and incorporate them into future lines. We are so sorry that you are not satisfied with the colors and styles of the items you ordered and would love to chat more with you about potential ways we can improve our designs. We try to offer a durable and high-quality product at a price point that is still affordable for our customers. It looks like you still have the items and if you would like to send them back, we would be happy to accept them for a return or exchange at any point. Thanks again for your customer loyalty and valuable thoughts regarding our clothing. Despite your mixed experience, we are happy we could keep your family's skin protected and greatly value your business. Have a sun-safe day!
