Dear Phil,
We’d like to clarify a few things regarding your review. You didn’t pay a single penny to our company, and we’re aware that you’ve been working with multiple companies at the same time. The vehicle in question is a Toyota Sienna van, and the journey is over 400 miles, yet you expected the service to be done for just $200.
When our agent called you with an update, you refused to listen and then proceeded to leave a negative review without any basis. We believe this review is unjustified, especially since no financial loss or service failure occurred. We pride ourselves on providing fair pricing and excellent service, and we hope you reconsider your stance.
Great service from start to finish.

Convenient vehicle transport
The agreement and deposit were online and straight forward. I shipped a Chevy Silverado 1500. It was picked up and delivered within the delivery window. There were no issues. Price was market rate.

I had an excellent experience with US Royal Transport for shipping my vehicle from San Jose, CA to Lutherville Timonium, MD, and I have to give a special shout-out to Sam, the agent who handled my shipment.
Sam was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire process. From the initial quote to the final delivery, Sam ensured that every detail was managed smoothly. Communication was seamless, and I always felt informed about the status of my vehicle.
The pickup was on time, and the driver, recommended by Sam, was equally impressive-courteous and careful with my car.
