Deposit not returned, do not trust

Review:
I hired US Royal Transport to transport a car from Washington to Ocala, FL, and paid a $200 deposit on October 11. The service was quoted at $800, but they never found someone to do the move for that price. Later, they tried to charge $1,400 at delivery, on top of the $200 deposit I had already paid, making a total of $1,600, which is double the agreed amount. I canceled the service on October 27 and requested my deposit back.

I was assisted by Vanessa Brown, and I have written to supervisors multiple times, but they do not provide a solution and only stall to avoid returning my money.

I do not recommend this company. You will likely lose your deposit, and they may charge you double of what was agreed.

To be honest, I before never heard of US Royal Transport. I searched the internet and decided to give you a call. Initially, I was not sure, but I was extremely happy with the constant communication and service I received. I was told of a pick-up and delivery window, and it was met. My wife said the driver was very pleasant. I would not hesitate to use US Royal Transport again.

US Royal Transport is a scam don't use them, they ask you to put money down to haul vehicle and then they never do it!!! And they won't give refunds and stop talking to you when you ask for one! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

They are a bait and switch program. Tried to get me for an additional $850 after giving me a receipt for $750.

The car was delivered as scheduled, and the entire process was well organized. Communication was clear, and the vehicle arrived in excellent condition. Thank you for the service.

Sam Williams helped me with my vehicle transportation and his service was very expectational. I was having my cars shipped from California to Wisconsin and I didn't know any of the process of this considering this was the first time I ever did this, but he helped me the whole way even when I was confused on what he was talking about. He clarified and confirmed things for me. He even made sure that my quote was all that I was paying. Overall great experience.

Avoid at all costs. This company will bait and switch you and when you want a refund, accuse you of breach of contract. They are rude, condescending and harass you when you tell them you are going with another company. They will make up every excuse as to why they can't issue a refund stating its their bank that won't allow it. DO NOT do business with US Royal Transport. **Since it looks like they respond back with their excuses, I have the screenshots of the messages of their bait and switch that I will gladly post.

I have experience to with that company. Everything was in time and correct. He explained me the delivery and we have a strong rules. I want to work again with that company. Delivered my car from San Diego to San Francisco during just 2 days. Good luck guys

Great company, excellent communication will work with in future again

Highly recommends this company for anybody, they are very reliable and professional.

I booked transport for two cars to be picked up on 10/17/25 from GA to NV, since I had a flight the next day (10/18/25). I was told I'd get driver info the morning of pickup, but I had to call them myself -- only to find out they couldn't do the pickup that day and wanted to reschedule for Monday, 10/20/25.

After explaining that wouldn't work, they promised pickup on 10/19 (12-2 PM) and said it was guaranteed. No one ever followed up, and I had to keep calling. Later I learned the driver was still 700 miles away and even asked for more money than our contract. They then suggested I leave my keys in the cars for pickup after I was gone -- and when I refused, the rep hung up on me.

We ended up paying extra for hotels and flight changes, and they refused to refund my deposit. This company knew they couldn't meet their commitment and completely failed to communicate or take responsibility.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. I would never recommend them.
