Jack was extremely professional and detail-oriented, which was a major tick in the box for me. Jack and the team were efficient, communicated information clearly and simply, and got the job done without ever making us feel rushed.

This was a community centre, and they understood the importance of completing the work neatly and to a high standard. I would highly recommend Jack and the team.

Jack turned up on time, was welcoming, explained everything he needed to do and asked for confirmation before starting works. He worked tidily without major interruption (only relevant to works required).
Easy to communicate with and left the property clean and tidy.
Explained the next steps and tried answering questions effectively - if unknown he contacted a colleague for confirmation which was great in my opinion - he didn't pretend to know, which goes a long way!

This company did a site visit promptly and discussed options. Their quote was the best of three we obtained whilst using quality products. The panels were fitted very soon after our decision to go ahead. We aren't connected to the grid yet but that's because we didn't have a smart meter. We are happy to recommend Use the Sun

I had Lewis come round today as planned to fit my EV charger. The charger is great, and Lewis had installed it within the hour. Lewis left no mess and was very professional. Very reliable, would definitely recommend.

From the moment Ben & George arrived, they didn't stop all day until the work was completed at around 22.15. They were most effecient, clean and tidy, the proffesionalism was most evedent. I would most definately recommend.

I've contracted Use the Sun for two jobs, AHP & recently solar/battery.
They've done a great job installing both.
The AHP was a couple of years ago and works fine. Last week was a solar/battery combo, which is working brilliantly. My electric grid usage has dropped dramatically.
The solar system was installed, and up and running in a day. No mess, no fuss, extremely polite engineers, and in the rain!!!
This was all done at an extremely competitive price. At the rate I'm saving money and with selling excess energy to my supplier, the unit will pay for itself in less four years.
This is a no brainer. All houses should get this done ASAP.

Used the company to install and service for 5 years. Very good and efficient.

A very professional solar and battery installation was started on time at 8am and completed by around 3pm with all tests showing that the system was up and running and generating electricity. The team on site were excellent and we have received really good support from the team in the office right from the first introduction and the survey being undertaken.

I would definitely recommend Use The Sun to anyone looking to harness solar energy.

The 2 guys that came were great, they fitted a new inverter and battery. Explained everything and once finished cleared up leaving everything as it were. Definitely recommend 👌

Absolutely fantastic service from Use The Sun with the installation of our PIV unit – it quite literally saved the day!

Josh, the installer, was an absolute pleasure to have in the house. Even though there was a slight delay at the start because the unit hadn’t been delivered to the wholesaler on time (completely out of his control), he came back the very next day and couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

The reassurance and support I received from Eddie & the team throughout was second to none – professional, responsive, and genuinely caring.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Use The Sun again and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a PIV installation.

Hi to follow on from my recent revie, ive realised i needed a Dno certificate so rang use the sun and spoke to Lucy who was very helpful. She said they would sort the Dno out for me which was a life saver as i didnt even know what is was, thank you very much for your help, nothing is to much trouble for Use the sun. cheers

The installers were great careful clean tidy and polite and Keeleigh was very helpful sorting out the certification for my solar system having been previously let down badly by a different company

I had a problem with the firm that put my solar in(went into administration), I got Use the sun ltd to put everything right am so glad I did.From the start to finish they were fantastic nothing was to much trouble very efficient , tidy and very friendly,the technician they sent Lewis breeze was fantastic knew straight away what was wrong and put it right I am so pleased with the work, I think use the sun have a star in Lewis, thank you very much😀.

Excellent service they able to send an engineer a week early who as well as checking on my reported error also volunteered to complete the service which was booked a week later. Also there was a dignified time in sending out the invoice
