Absolutely con artists, I joined and was doing a few studies each week for about 9 months now. Today I logged in, and all my outstanding payment tests have ben cancelled, totalling nearly $170. I have not been given any reason. i feel robbed and victimised. Please don't use them if this is happening. They are getting to do tests and cancel your payments for no reason. avoid these con artists.

I'm gobsmacked that people are having all these bad experiences. I've never had any issues with the app. I love it. I get loads of reviews too, only I'm not usually disposed to do them especially the ones on laptop and samsung tabs. And they pay too. I wish I cld find more like them. I think they're probably one of the few that are legit. I'm just not happy that I don't get the live ones anymore, don't know if that's still in existence or not. Was lucky to have 2 of those but that was it. Never heard of it again.

Userzoom used on smartphone gives incomplete view of choice options and submit "button" not in view screen. Often multiple choice answer does NOT include my choice and "forces" to choose an incorrect answer feeling like "north corean enquete" making me as user vrry uncomfortable feeling abused and wanting to avort process immediately

Had an appointment for a 60 minute remote user test using the app UserZoom. It got confirmed multiple times via email and text from TestingTime (which is the market research platform I use). I waited for 40 minutes in the meeting, they never showed. I doubt I’ll get my. 15 bucks. What a waste of time. Wish I’d read the ratings before.

Abusive PsOS. You can be well into a survey when it reports 'The survey you TRIED to enter has been closed' (my emphasis) and sends you to a trap-screen so not even a consolation SB. They're serial offenders in this respect, and I keep imploring Swagbucks to remove the 5h1ts before Swagbucks' own reputation gets damaged, but so far to no avail. AVOID USERZOOM to save yourself from rage and despair.
PS Only one of 14 reviewers gave 5-stars and the other reviewers 1-star, so how does this average to 2 and a half stars, eh?

The app is so glitchy and if anything goes wrong, you don’t get paid the promised incentive and customer support is not helpful.

I absolutely love it. I have made so much from doing their surveys (studies) through Inbox Dollars. Highly recommend!!!

They absolutely suck. I've been completing surveys on Swagbucks for over 5 years and at times Userzoom uses the Swagbucks platform. More often than not after completing the entire survey it gives me a page that I didn't qualify or moved too fast. So I never got paid. There are other opportunities where it's scheduled me for a one on one survey at a later date, sent me an email to confirm the date/time of the study and then cancelled on me. I can send photos of the actual experience. I recommend avoiding it! Their lack of integrity doesn't deserve anybody's time.

You will do a survey for them and put your time in and then they will tell you it doesn't meet their standards. However, I am sure they use the information anyways.

It's a complete scam I used to do these all the time on Swagbucks and now every time I do a survey it says I didn't meet quality standards nasty scam artists owe me money and lie so they don't have to pay out. They used to be great to do surveys with but now nope. That has to be some sort of law breaking!

Dear people I done 7 surveys through one of there extentions and did not get paid as they value of 143 points with prime opinion I'm unsure if they are safe as I completed the survey with no reward so I'm finding them untrustworthy as I can't even contact them but I lost out and also allowed them to my pcomment can they hack a computer

I do user zoom surveys through swagbucks, they get all your free information but dont pay out, sites like these should be better regulated within the country they operate in another scam company.

I took part in a research project and didn’t get paid. I contacted them on numerous occasions and they have ignored me

It seems that what their representatives do to generate leads is to take name, surnames and company names from LinkedIn and obtain email addresses with a bit of guesswork. After that, they contact you up to 3+ times a week with their product pitch. Be VERY careful, User zoom, because this is illegal in Germany and, in the long run, harassing people after illicitly obtaining their private contact might result in unwanted consequences.

This company is spamming me for weeks although I never signed up for anything. Now they conplain why I don't reply. Just stop it! Very dubious.

Now userzoom, formerly validately. Signed up almost 2 years ago. Can count on one hand how many times I've gotten a test and I sit in front of my email all day long while I work and jump on the emails right away. I am a member of other market research companies that I make far more money from. Recently completed a validately study that glitched on me and would not let me enter the required info. I tried to go back and fix it and even stated in the recording that I tried and could not. The problem was their poorly designed and poorly worded (translated?) text. They cancelled the payment saying I didn't complete the study. I unsubscribed from their "service" and will not be wasting any more of my time on them.
