It claims to be a good survey site but it really isn't. In fact I think it's just harvesting data to be used to spam us in the future. The surveys they do offer are very long even if you do qualify and they pay very low amounts. There is no customer services. There is no link to support. So please do not waste your time on this site.

Nisiquiera responden los correos que uno envia a la empresa, se llega al minimo para solicitar pagos y sigue indicando que el minimo son 300 puntos, no hay claridad, no hay informacion, sus canales de contactos y sus bids estan casi sin vida...

I live in South Africa in March 2026 I redeemed 10 000 points for Takealot voucher on the 2nd of April recieved a message that the voucher was ready only to find the voucher no: Https://wongi/redeem/H_E, when I go to this wogi it issues the voucher for only Swedish stores. I contacted Panel station via e-mail three times with no reply till to date. I have been with Panel station for 3 years never encountered any problems until now.

⁸These scammers have some IQ because everything is done professional, The site and app has little to no bugs, exactly 💯 as others say you get surveys for points,I only found that out after a supposedly study, first I needed so many points , Now I need a 300 point survey to Cashout, my Radio log survey promised R100 which got paid out in useless tokens for takeaway gift vouchers that you never get even a chance, they are playing everybody, Shut them down 🤬, they have a bot, very helpful servicing and helping with Empty bullshit, these are the best scammers in a long time to catch me out, Trust everyone who gave bad, if there were any good it’s bullshit fake profiles that they created, I wish law enforcement would investigate, These are white collar specialists,very clued syndicate

The surveys themselves are interesting and easy to complete. However, the points system feels a bit slow, and it takes a long time to reach the minimum payout threshold. Additionally, once requested, the vouchers/payments take quite a while to arrive. It’s a legitimate site, but you need a lot of patience.

This survey is very correct, it also gives Amazon voucher and redemption also happens correctly, so this app is not fake, this app is real for earning.

La verdad no sirve,nunca llegan encuestas y si llegan por algun motivo se sale de la encuesta o no ganas,y ganas muchas monedas para que sirven si no sirven para nada,no la recomiendo de verdad

Used to be a great survey place, but they redid their site and it wouldn't allow you to log in for some time, then for months, it wouldn't allow you to redeem for gift cards. After months of emails, messaging, etc they finally got it working but now their site is giving a 404 error. As soon as I get my last payout, I'm deleting my account.

My account has been suspended without any reason and my points are frozen, which are worth Rs 2500. This is the worst of all survey sites, especially those that always lie.

Its an bullshit website, if you done survey you don't know when the survey result come,you can't know where is the support contact, and the whole system work is just 👎. They how manage i don't know last few days i search a lot for contact or support and also send email but their email didn't accept or don't what's the problem. they don't have any clear date or anything. if they review of any survey then i don't know the date or why its too long? if i submit today then you take 2-3 days for check and just declined or success that's finish the matter. I don't see any future of that bullshit website. Already i saw the ratting in here🙄. Please take time and resolved the problem i face. And be clear the all invisible eyewash work.

Should you reach a minimum withdrawal threshold and attempt to withdraw your earnings. Now this Panel Station scammers compel you to do more and more surveys or else you can't withdraw your earnings

Very bad,surveys not working after updation and not able to redeem rewards. The customer care email not working and no reponse after multiple emails.

The Panelstation IS A SCAM!!! You cannot redeem your rewards and the OTP you request is never sent...Please also note that people dont want to be paid in Shoprite vouchers.. I'm not sure why the dont offer Paypal. Two months later, still waiting for my rewards.

Very bad customer service
I have been communicating with you via email for 20 days because I am facing a problem on the site regarding the prize draw and I never receive a response. Why do you not check my emails and find a solution to the problem? I feel very frustrated.

Ever since the recent update, the points in my “In Review” section keep disappearing without being added to my main balance, even though they were nowhere near expiration. Earlier I had more than 10,000 points in review, but the next day it suddenly dropped to around 3,000 and the missing points were never credited.

Recently I completed multiple surveys and earned over 6,000 points, but the next day the balance dropped again and showed only around 5,000. I raised several complaints with Panel Care but have received no response so far.

Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, now I’m not even able to redeem my points. The site asks for OTP verification but the OTP is never sent, so redemption cannot be completed.

This has been extremely frustrating and feels like a complete waste of time. After the recent update, the platform has been turned to a scam site..

No surveys for the past two weeks and delay in rewards and redemption is not working now...

I am trying to redeem my reward but I can't every time it asks OTP and I am not receiving OTP I checked another app and I am getting OTP from them but not of this such a scammer.

I have been a member of TPS {The Panel Station} since May 2021 and rarely experienced issues. When I did experience issues or problems and reported same to the Support Team, they would ACTUALLY ATTEND to them and give you FEEDBACK.

Since they upgraded to the LATEST VERSION on the website, you are NO LONGER able to COMPLETE ANY SURVEYS, you report the problems and issues by providing screen prints of the actual problems being experienced and they JUST IGNORE YOU and don't even have the decency to reply to your issues.

I have sent NUMEROUS emails to the ONLY EMAIL ADDRESS available and I get an email notification that MY EMAIL WAS READ TOGETHER with the TIME it WAS READ, but that is as far as the SUPPORT GOES!!!!!!

I have also tried to redeem my POINTS for a Takealot Voucher, which in the PAST, PRIOR TO 9 FEBRUARY 2026, was never an ISSUE. NOW, TPS is SUPPOSED to send you an OTP but after SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, the OTP IS NEVER RECEIVED!!!! WHAT A TOTAL WASTE of my precious time and effort. NOT to mention the FACT, that even if you REPORT THE ISSUE/PROBLEM with this, they ONCE AGAIN JUST IGNORE YOU COMPLETELY!!!!

DO NOT BOTHER TO CONTACT THE SUPPORT TEAM at

You absolutely waste your time, effort and sanity by trying to complete a survey, a poll, redeem some points for vouchers or reporting ANY OF THE ABOVE of the FACT that you DO NO RECEIVE THE SO-CALLED COINS FOR ANY ATTEMPT, because that is also just wasting time...

It's a DISGRACE and totally UNACCEPTABLE.!!!!

Using panel station has been a complete waste of time. Can't redeem rewards. Contacted customer service twice with no response. The emails I get are flagged by them as unsecure and not to continue. Not a great experience at all. Looking to get all my data removed from them as the customer service experience is poor and lacking.
