Excellent company with good service and costs.

Very competitive prices and a really fast reply to my initial enquiry. They offered a free design service and were super helpful.
Teodora helped us through every step of design, order and shipment. She sent a sample which arrived the very next day. Very professional customer service.
The order arrived ahead of schedule and looked even better than the design mock-up.
I recommend them unreservedly.

Great service
My experience with USBcompany.co.uk has been great. Very prompt and professional communication with my representative. Teodora went above and beyond to make sure my detailed needs were met, never making it seem like a bother. The finished product is exactly what I was looking for. The only suggestion I have is to allow for more flexible pricing for those needing smaller amounts of many sizes of USBs.

Professional and friendly
Ivo was professional from start to finish, he was friendly and lovely to work with. I felt like a valued customer and i was kept informed the whole time including seeing the USB and letting me decide how it looks before they continue. Delivery was quick and easy and they were packed professionally. I cannot fault this company at all and will be back.

USBcompany have been brilliant. Communication was excellent at all times, and the quality of the memory sticks is really good. Any problems were quickly and efficiently resolved, and the people we dealt with were polite and friendly.

I recently ordered from USB Company a bespoke made USB stick for our new catalogue/price list release.
From the first contact with Ivo, to the delivery of the USB's, was first class.
The actual USB turned out to be even better than I could have hoped and my customers have given it the thumbs-up too which is great.
