Good quaity, delivery and customer service
The quality was high, the delivery was quick and the customer service was good.
I’ve been using flyer zone for a number of years for my flyers and will always continue to use them. I queried the resolution of one of my images and the centring of my design and reassured promptly. This service is very easy to use , the size of the design can be sized up and the proofs are available to view before going to print.

I WONT USE AGAIN DUE TO THEIR ATTITUDE
Have used Flyerzone in the past but this time they are repeatedly saying that the print was checked by us. What they are not accepting that there is no indication of the orientation of the printing, and they have printed it sideways. No apology, no comment - just 'you approved it'

Hi Geoffrey, sorry that your order did not print as you intended. I believe that Simon (who left the below review) spoke to one of the team regarding this issue by phone and email. The flyer has printed as the artwork was supplied - with a white area at the bottom. It's not possible for us to tell at the point of ordering if this is an intentional part of the design which is why we reply on customers to check proofs before approving for print. As we have printed the file supplied, we are unfortunately unable to offer a replacement set. The team are non hand and happy to help with any queries should you want reassurance before approving your order for print.
Poor customer service
Wrong printed items sent out. Would not accept any liability and very unhelpful.The company do not check items before they send them out and blame their customers for the error. They have lost me as a long standing customer.

I totally understand your frustration regarding receiving print that has not turned out how you expected. The artwork file supplied was not the correct size and contained a large blank area at the bottom which was reflected in the proof that was sent and approved before sending to print. Impressive
Had a issue with the leaflets on my order and I tried to fix it online but couldn't so I was a bit stressed all I had to do was pick the phone up and the lovely lady on the other end sorted it out .on the website it was a bit hard to do as directed but that could just have been me .delivery was fantastic leaflets were just as good so I will be back ordering more and the discount at that time was very good a big help in these times of hardship so thanks for everything good job ..

Disappointed with the end result
Disappointed with the end result - despite checking the print files - I ordered two sets of business cards and both arrived with a white line at the bottom - which was not on the design. Poor quality control.

Excellent service
I am delighted with my flyers: the quality is excellent and the design has come come out really, really well. The customer service was great, too - super helpful and I was kept informed about the delivery throughout. I would absolutely use this company again. Highly recommended!
