I ordered two model kits
I ordered two model kits. They were pre-orders so I had to wait. But once they got in they were shipped immediately. Shipping was fast and the packaging was great. Model kits arrived unharmed and perfect.

Slow and Expensive Shipping
Pricing was a little high compared to some other sites that had the nippers I purchased, but I wanted to support a small business that was in my same state. There was a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 even though my purchase was over the threshold for free shipping. A few days after placing my order, I get the email that it has shipped. However, this was just the printing of the label and it wouldn't have any real movement for another 3 or 4 days. Once it finally left their facility, the tracking showed it went to another area of Florida and then it went to Texas, then back to Florida (even farther away than where it was before) and then eventually to my area. While this is more on the shipping service they are using than USAGS, it was USAGS that chose to use this service and charge me $10 for it.

Svar från usagundamstore.com
Hi there Justin!
Thank you so much for reaching out and taking the time to share your feedback with us! I wanted to clarify a couple of things regarding our shipping promotions and delivery options.
We currently only offer free shipping promotions exclusively through our scratch-off giveaways, which are typically featured during one of our two major sales of the year (Summer Sales and Black Friday). If you've come across another promotion advertising free shipping, we'd love to take a look! If you could send us a screenshot or image of the promotion to support@usags.com, we'll be happy to investigate and do our best to get any incorrect information corrected.
Regarding your shipping costs, the $10 charge covers our standard flat-rate shipping option. Unfortunately, once a package has been handed over to our shipping partner, we have limited control over how quickly it moves through their logistics network or when it reaches its destination.
That said, if you have a preferred shipping carrier, we're more than happy to look into alternative shipping options for future orders and provide you with a quote based on your preferred service.
As an apology for your experience, I've also gone ahead and waived your shipping costs as a one-time courtesy.
We sincerely appreciate your feedback and hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide you with a better experience!
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're always happy to help!

All good regardless of dents
Two of the boxes were dented, not sure what happened since packaging seemed good. Shopping was quick and the sale couldn’t be beat. Runners were fine so no complaints here

USA Gundam Store, great deals, great kits, great service
The order got here on time and intact, as always. I appreciate that they seem to have sales often and that the sales can still pertain to items that already have a bit of a price reduction. With the model kit hobby seeming to dwindle in brick-and-mortar stores it's awesome that USAGS is around for it.
