Figured Art paint by the numbers is a scam from China. Beware. We ordered in March and it's now June and we still have not seen the painting we paid for. They answer emails giving you fake tracking numbers and telling you that everything is slow because of COVID. Don't fall for it. They are liars!

Service client au top. C’est vrai qu’il y a eu des soucis d’envois , mais j’ai retenté l’expérience et je confirme que tout s’est bien passé. Je recommande leur site car le concept est innovant et les prix sont attractifs.
Not sure why others say they are scam. Yes the delivery was delayed but I totally understand the situation. I contacted them for help on order tracking and a girl explained to me the situation. I really appreciate their effort to try to push their
courier to deliver my order as fast as they can. Finally received, good product quality.

Nouvel avis : le site semble sérieux, commande finalement reçue après TROIS mois d'attente et une deuxième expédition. Le déconfinement n'a pas aidé, mais le service client est resté réactif. Le problème vient de l'entreprise employée pour la livraison. Ils perdent les colis, et mettent plusieurs semaines à les acheminer. Gros point négatif à résoudre pour commander sereinement sur le site. Cette commande a nécessité de ma part de nombreux mails, et a provoqué un stress constant dans le doute d'être tombée sur une arnaque. Les produits reçus semblent de bonne qualité (pour un produit fabriqué en Chine), à voir sur la durée. L'emballage est assez léger, et les toiles arrivent déformées, tordues, voire enroulées, ce qui est un gros bémol. Pas trop cher, mais il vaut mieux savoir à quoi s'attendre avant de commander !

This is an update on my initial review with this this company. When COVID hit, like many companies they were unprepared for the increase in orders and obstacles with shipping and therefore my order arrived extremely late. Their customer service still always answered me in a timely manner, but I was very frustrated. After I received my delayed order, the company's owner emailed me personally to apologize for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that the company took the time to follow-up with me to let me know what led to the delay and worked to set things right.
As for the actual product, I really enjoyed each of the paintings and the quality was great. Even though in the beginning I was very frustrated, I believe I will continue to order from this company as the quality and selection of the paintings are good and they are taking steps to improve their shipping process.

Update octobre 2020:
J'ai fini par recevoir les peintures même si je n'y croyais plus apres plusieurs mois d'attente durant le confinement (notamment car aucun retour mail du service client).
Je suis toutefois satisfaite des toiles commandées car de bonne qualité.
Le gros plus est le choix important pour les dessins.
Je pense que le service a ete amélioré suite à cet événement comme l'indique le fondateur dans ses mails.
Je retenterai donc sans doute l'expérience et updaterai a nouveau mon avis si besoin.

Update: What a whirlwind of a situation. In March I ordered 8 paintings. They never arrived. I sent countless emails, some which were responded to, most which were not. That's what lead me to making this trustpilot page. That exploded with more reviews from many others whom shared my same experience. I guess they should have never advertised on Instagram. Instagram and Corona virus made for a very terrible situation.
After my many spouts, emails, and much frustrations for 6 months... I finally got a resolution from the CEO himself. He contacted my very angry and rude emails with apologies and a very understanding and open dialogue. He ensured my refund went through to my account and he insisted that he send me free paintings for my frustrations, and after refusing twice, I gave in. I respected that he admitted fault, he wanted to understand my frustrations, and wanted to mend the errors that happened to me and so many. I respected very much his story of the business, and that he personally took over to make sure my very angry grievances were taken care of. To that, I give you all stars. Kudos. I have never dealt with such a situation.
To the quality of the product, i also give 5 stars. The canvas is nice quality. The paints were far superior to what I expected. I saw reviews of other paint by number companies, and I saw many times that they had to add oil and mix the paints because they seemed dry and old. Not for me. The quality has met my expectations. I will most definitely order again and again! I can't believe it went this way and i had this much patience for 6 months, but I am happy with the resolution. Thanks figured art for showing me that at least some companies can rise from terrible situations.
